Jack is 10 years old, and I am his pencil. I'm Jack's helper（助手）.

    Jack's pencil box is my home. I have some friends here. They are seven crayons, a ruler, a pencil sharpener and an eraser. Because Jack loves me, I'm the king（国王）in the pencil box. My friends and I are happy every day.

    Today, I am not happy because a pen comes in. It's new and beautiful. It's a music pen. It can not only write（写） but also sing（唱歌）. But I'm old and I can only help Jack to write. Jack likes it so much! The new pen is his helper now. It's the new king. What can I do now? Shall I go to a new home?

I'm Eason. I {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in "New York with my family. I like reading very much, and I have many books at {#blank#}2{#/blank#}, I'm in the school book club now. There're{#blank#}3{#/blank#}students and three teachers in the club. We meet from 7:00 to 8:00 {#blank#}4{#/blank#}  Wednesday afternoon. We usually{#blank#}5{#/blank#}about one book together. Our teacher {#blank#}6{#/blank#} asks us some questions about the book. All of us want to answer them, because it's interesting {#blank#}7{#/blank#}a game. We can borrow (借) a book from the club, but we must take it back {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  It's fun joining the book club, because we can also make {#blank#}9{#/blank#} friends here. There's a new book {#blank#}10{#/blank#}every month in the club. I like the show very much and I never miss (错过)it!

September 28th is very important in China. Many people celebrate the day{#blank#}1{#/blank#} it is the birthday of the great teacher Confucius (孔子). 

Confucius{#blank#}2{#/blank#} born in 551BC in China. He loved to learn. He thought about many things, and he wasn't afraid to ask {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. He studied the Six Arts, and he became really good at {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. 

Confucius wanted to share the information {#blank#}5{#/blank#}everyone. He thought they could become better people with education. So he became a {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. 

Confucius{#blank#}7{#/blank#} people's ideas about life. He believed that everyone could be{#blank#}8{#/blank#} if they received an education and worked hard. {#blank#}9{#/blank#}, in his opinion, education was not just information from books. Confucius said a lot of things. His{#blank#}10{#/blank#} put them in a book to share with everyone. 

Two fishermen once had an argument over some juicy oysters (蚝) they had found in the sea. Each man believed that he should 1 them. After a long argument, they both 2 to ask the wise old man's advice to decide who should own the oysters.

Then they went to the old man's house and explained their 3 . The old man asked the first man why he thought the oysters were his.

"Well," replied the man, "We used my 4 to get to the place where the oyster bed was, so the oysters should be mine."

"And you?" asked the old man looking at the second man.

I'm Peng Jingxuan, I'm a Chinese student in France. I'm very busy this1 , because I have many subjects to learn. 

Of all the2 , I like music best. My music teacher is3 . 

She works 4 to make the class fun. She makes everyone in the class5 special. I like most of the 6 , but my favourite is Chinese guzheng. I'm 7 playing it. I spend hours 8 it every day. It is 9 for me to learn music. It always makes me feel better. I think music is very 10 . I want to be a musician(音乐家) 11 .
