TOMATO SOUP

What do we need?

□oil (油) □2 tomatoes □salt (盐) □starch (淀粉)

□2 eggs □2 garlic cloves (蒜瓣)

How do we make it?

·Wash the tomatoes and the garlic cloves and then cut them into pieces.

·Put some oil in a pot.

·Add the garlic cloves and tomatoes. Fry (炒) them for 5 minutes. Then pour 250ml water into the pot.

·Break the eggs, stir (搅拌) the eggs and pour them into the pot.

·Add some salt and starch to make the soup yummy and thick.
