My school day
Hi! I'm Alex Greenall. I'm thirteen and I go to Park School in Oxford, England. I go to school on weekdays, but not on Saturday and Sunday. This is my school day. I get up at 7:30 in the morning, and then have breakfast.
My school is next to my house. I go to school at 8:30 and see my friends. We start work at 9:00. We have three lessons in the morning. My favourite subject is art. At 11:00, we have a break in the playground and I talk to my friends. They go to the playground and play football, but I don't like football.
We have lunch in the dining hall at 12:30. Ilike school lunch! We have meat and rice with vegetables, or hamburgers. I drink juice or water.
We start lessons in the afternoon at 1:30. We have two lessons in the afternoon. Then we go home at 3:30.
In the evening. I watch TV and have dinner with my family. I do my homework and go to bed at 10:00.

Asian Games is an important sports event. It is held every four years by different Asian (亚洲的) cities in turn. Players from different Asian countries compete in different kinds of sports, such as swimming, basketball and football. The 19th Asian Games was held by Hangzhou. The city of Hangzhou has many beautiful places like the famous West Lake. During the games, people can enjoy opening and closing with music and fireworks (烟花). If you want to watch the Games, you can buy tickets on the Internet or buy it at the gyms. Please make a prepare for your trip. It's a good chance to watch exciting sports matches and enjoy the beauty of Hangzhou. |

China Tai Chi Culture World Tour On Saturday, August 20, a team of Chinese Tai Chi masters started their tour to the United States. They are going there to promote (提升) Chinese Tai Chi culture to overseas Chinese and American Kung Fu fans. They will stay there for two weeks. Led by Chen Zhenglei, a famous Chinese Tai Chi master, other five masters, are included in the group. Some of them are the champions of Tai Chi competition both at home and abroad. "Tai Chi is a national treasure of China that has a deep and long history, and practicing it is good for both body and mind," Chen said at the opening ceremony(开幕式) of the China Tai Chi Culture World Tour. Activities for the tour: ★A lecture on Tai Chi on Sunday at Stanford University. ★Training courses for Tai Chi fans and lovers in the United States, ★Guiding personal skills about how to best practice Tai Chi. Notes: ★Around 150 Tai Chi lovers, both overseas Chinese and Americans, will attend the training. ★These activities are held by Hong Kong Chinese Media Limited. More tickets are available.
