In Brazil
Brazilians are warm and friendly. They often stand close when talking and it is common for them to touch the person on the shoulder. People often greet each other (especially women) with light kisses.

In Singapore

March 20 is a special day. It's the International Day of Happiness! The United Nations (UN) made this day to remind everyone that being happy is important.
{#blank#}1{#/blank#}Leaders of the country wanted to know how happy its people were. So, they created the Gross National Happiness (GNH) Index ( 国民幸福指数 ) and did its first GNH survey ( 民意调查 ) in2008 to measure the happiness of its people .
Bhutan's interest in happiness caught the world's attention. Then the UN agreed in 2012 to create the International Day of Happiness.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}
People get joy from many things like friends, family, good health and a clean environment.
Every year on March 20, the World Happiness Report comes out to show what makes people happy and how happy people are in different countries around the world.
Maher Nasser from the UN helped make the International Day of Happiness.{#blank#}3{#/blank#}"I want to make every day an International Day of Happiness," he said.
