Walk out of Abbesses station and across the street is a small {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(花园)with the famous Wall of Love. On the wall you can find "I love you" in 250 languages. Walk up the street and {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(放松)yourself at Le Bateau-Lavoir. Many famous artists, such as Picasso, lived and worked here d{#blank#}5{#/blank#}the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Turn right and walk along the street to the Place du Tertre. Every day, hundreds of street artists paint pictures and {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(卖)them in this square. Opposite the square is the Church of Saint-Pierre. Built in {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(四月)1147, it is one of the oldest churches in France. After visiting the Church of Saint-Pierre, go to Sacré-Coeur, a big white church on the top of the Montmartre Hill. Standing here, you can see most of Paris on a c{#blank#}8{#/blank#}day.

Just outside a village, there was a pretty but small Fir tree. He lived in a very beautiful forest with a lot of sunshine and fresh air. However, he didn't care about that, and always wished for something more interesting instead of enjoying the simple things in his life.

Soon, a gardener came with an axe. He chopped the poor Fir tree into pieces. Then, he placed each piece into a fire. The poor tree burned in the flames. As he burned, he could see the children playing. They were playing with his golden star. But it was too late for regrets now.

You may know about "junk food" like French fries. But do you know about "junk sleep"?

Recently, a British survey found that electronic products（电子产品）in teenagers' bedrooms are affecting（影响）their sleep.

The survey was done among 1,000 British kids from 12 to 16. It found that 30 percent of them got just 4 to 7 hours of sleep every day. But doctors say they need 8 to 9 hours.

Almost a quarter of the kids said they fell asleep more than once a week while watching TV, listening to music or using other electronic products.

"This is very worrying. " said Dr Chris Idzikowski, "We call it ‘junk sleep', It means you don't get enough sleep and the quality(质量) of the sleep is bad, too. If you don't get good rest, you don't perform well in school the next day. "

The survey found that 40 percent of the kids felt tired each day, with girls between 13 and 16 feeling the worst. Nearly all the teenagers have a phone, Mp5 or TV in their bedroom. And many of them have all three.

Sorry I haven't written till now. I'm travelling with my Chinese friend Li Lei in Harbin, then ice city of Heilongjiang in Northeast China. Now let me tell you something about it. 

When we got here, people were so kind and they welcomed us warmly. On the first day, we saw all kinds of ice sculptures (冰雕). They looked like plants and animals, and we took lots of photos of them. Going down the longest ice slide was exciting. We watched a firework show and the lion dance at night, too. 

On the second day, we watched the sunrise, and enjoyed the hot springs (泉) and barbecue s (烧烤). We also met a group of 11 lovely children from Nanning. They were having an educational (教育的) trip. They all wore bright orange clothes and were known as "Little Oranges". They stayed with the local families for a week and took part in different activities with their lead teachers. They could also learn how to look after themselves when travelling. They were so brave. 

In a word, the experience in Harbin was quite exciting, meaningful and unforgettable. Let me know how you are doing in New York.

Spinach can survive temperatures as low as 7℃, but that's not good for its growth. Spinach seeds sprout(发芽)best in soil between 7℃ and 24℃. Once the seeds have sprouted, the vegetable grows best in daytime between 15℃ and 27℃.

·Pot size: A pot of 15 to 20 cm deep would be the best. Depending on your space, it can be as wide as you want. 

·Make sure your pot has a hole at the bottom.

·Spacing: Give each spinach plant seven cm of space. If you want to harvest(收获) large leaves, give each plant a little more space. 

·Position: If you are growing spinach in the fall and winter, keep the plants in a sunny place.
