Hi, I'm Liang Xia. I'm a schoolgirl. I'm 13 years old. My {#blank#}1{#/blank#} is on Children's Day, 1st. June. I always have a party on that ' day. I live in Nanning, Guangxi with my parents. I am the only child in my {#blank#}2{#/blank#} go to school {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Monday to Friday. I have many {#blank#}4{#/blank#} at school, such as Chinese, maths and English. My {#blank#}5{#/blank#} subject is English. My teacher Mrs Lin {#blank#}6{#/blank#} me as the English monitor. I often help others learn English after school

At {#blank#}7{#/blank#}, I don't go to school. I stay at home. I do my homework and help my mother do {#blank#}8{#/blank#} at home.... I also read books and watch TV. Sometimes I play computer games. I never play for a long time because it's {#blank#}9{#/blank#} for my eyes. I enjoy {#blank#}10{#/blank#}. I want to be a great dancer in the future.

The Longest Railway in the World

Have you ever heard of the longest railway in the world? It's called the Trans-Siberian Railway. This amazing railway is from Moscow in the west of Russia to Vladivostok in the east. It's over 9, 000 kilometers long, which is really, really far!

Imagine taking a trip on this railway. You would see so many different things! First, you would pass through forests. The trees would be tall and green, and you might even see some wild animals. Then, you would enter mountains. The peaks would be snowy and beautiful, and you would feel like you were on top of the world. As you continue your journey, you would come to rivers. The water would be clear and blue, and you might even see some fish swimming in it. 

But the Trans-Siberian Railway doesn't just take you through nature. It also takes you through different time zones(区域). Can you believe that you would cross eight time-zones on this trip? That means you would have to change your watch several times! Imagine waking up in the morning and finding out that it's already afternoon somewhere else on the train. That would be so cool!

One of the most amazing places on the Trans-Siberian Railway is Lake Baikal. It's the deepest and oldest lake in the world. The water is so clear that you can see fish swimming in it from the top. 

And the sights around Lake Baikal are so beautiful that it's like a painting. 

Traveling on the Trans-Siberian Railway is not just about seeing sights. It's also a great way to meet new people. You might sit next to someone from a different country, and you can talk to them and learn about the culture. You might even make some new friends!

So, if you ever get a chance to travel on it, don't miss it! It's an adventure that you will never forget. 

Last summer, my family and I went to England and we spent two weeks in Cornwall. It took us five hours to get there by car. We 1 in a hotel near a lake. We did a lot of different things there 2 ： we went for long walks, played games, went shopping and swam in the lake. 

I had a good time at first, but then something 3 happened（发生）. One morning, I went to the forest near the hotel by myself. I walked outside with my camera. I watched the birds and took some 4 of them. Then I got hungry and 5 to go back to the hotel. But I couldn't find the way back. I tried different ways. However, at last, I was still in the 6 place. 

"Oh, God！ Please 7 me！ I'm so afraid！" I said. But later, it started to rain. I didn't have a（n）8 so I became wet and cold. 

Finally, I stayed under a tree and 9 my parents. After a few hours, they found me. It was dark and I was cold, hungry and scared. I will  10 go to the forest. 

 Hello, my name is Tony Smith. I come from Cambridge, a beautiful city about 80 kilometres to the {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(北方) of London. It has a {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(人口) of about 120,000. Every year, {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(百万) of people come to visit Cambridge. Tourists enjoy the boat trips along the River Cam. It's {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(宽的) and cleaner than many other rivers.

I came to study in Beijing two years ago. I live {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(远) from school in my class, so I get up earliest and take the underground. At school,I enjoy {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(练习) Chinese with my classmates. I also love football and I'm in the school team. Next week, we are going to play {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(对抗) HAS. To win the match, I {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(改善) myself by training hard with my teammates from now on.

 After school, my classmates often take me around Beijing. Last week, we visited Lao She Teahouse. The {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(魔术) shows were interesting but the Beijing Opera was difficult for me to understand. Maybe I will know better about it one day {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(如果)I watch and listen several times.

 Anyway, I do love Beijing, though I often miss my home town, Cambridge.
