Is your food and drink healthy? A lot of ice-cream, hamburgers and cola are unhealthy（不健康的）. Meat is healthy but too much meat is not good for children. Cola and candy are very sweet, and too much sugar is bad for you. Eat the right food and be healthy. Carrots, eggs and sweet potatoes are good for your eyes. Milk, cheese and fish are good for your teeth. A bit tired? Have lots of delicious chicken soup! It is important to remember: eat well, stay healthy, and don't get fat!

The following are some suggestions on healthy eating.

● Eat noodles or rice, not hamburgers.

● Have a good breakfast every morning.

● Drink juice, water, tea and milk, not cola.

● Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, not candy or ice-cream.

Here are four very great and famous people in China. They work very hard and have influenced(影响) our lives a lot.

Stamp collecting is becoming a big hobby for young people to remember their trips. Lovers of this hobby enjoy collecting stamps about the places they visit. They usually buy stamps in the local post office. 

 Jenny, a 25- year- old teacher, enjoys collecting stamps. For her, this is a great way to record (记示) her trips. Once during a two- day trip to Beijing, she collected over 90 stamps! They're all about beautiful artworks. 

 Ben, a 12- year- old teenager from Beijing, said collecting stamps helped him learn about the culture and history of a place. He likes to buy different kinds of stamps while travelling. For example, when he went to Xi'an, he bought a special stamp. It has a picture of an old Chinese stone bridge on it. "The stamp looks very marvellous. It makes me more interested in Chinese culture, " he said. Then he started to look for more stamps with interesting pictures. Ben also shares them with his friends. It encourages them to visit more places. 

"These days, more and more tourists share their stamps online. Stamp collecting is a good way to help people know more about the local culture. It's really educational, " said Gina, a teacher from a school of Tourism Management in Dongguan.

Trying to walk there to here

My parents urged, "Anything is possible"

When I was a little older

Trying to ride my bike

And I rode till ____. 

When I was in the fourth grade

With work that was very new

My mom whispered, "Anything is possible"

And I made it through. 

Now my sisters face_these_challenges

That I once went through

I say "Anything is possible"

To them and now to you.

 In the Middle East,a terrible conflict(冲突) is taking place between Palestine and Israel. This has drawn the {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(关注) of people around the world. Bridges and roads in {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(连接) different areas has been destroyed and many lives are in danger. People are living in fear. They are trying to {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(避免) being hurt. The air is filled with the {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (气味) of gunpowder and smoke. As the conflict continues, people watch in {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(沉默).

 The international community is trying hard to find solutions. Leaders from different countries have been {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(采访) to discuss possible directions. This conflict has also had a big impact on business and {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(国际的) connections.

 The two sides should talk to each other {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(礼貌地) and find a peaceful way out instead of being {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(惩罚) by more violence. Let's hope this conflict ends soon so that people can live in peace again. After all, in this {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(东方的) part of the world, everyone longs for stability and harmony. The things produced here should bring happiness.
