Do you enjoy eating hamburgers , hot dogs（热狗） or French fries（薯条）? Do you like coke, sweets or ice cream? If your answers are " Yes" , you must be careful with your health , because most of them are junk food(垃圾食品)!

Many people like fast food. McDonald's and KFC are popular fast food restaurants around the world. You can order your food and drinks right away at the counter(柜台).You can get your meal in three minutes. Then you can eat there or take it away.

But all these food is junk food. Junk food has lots of fat, salt and sugar, but few nutrients(营养物).Most doctors say junk food is not healthy. It is bad for your teeth, stomach(胃) and heart(心脏).

In fact, it's OK to have junk food sometimes. You can have it twice a month. And it's not a big thing for your health. But you'd better not (最好不要)eat junk food more often.

It is Sunday today. Ann is shopping with her mother. She wants her mother to buy a new sweater for her. In a clothing shop, she finds an orange one. She tries it on (试穿). It is too small. She wants a bigger one, but the bigger ones are not orange. Ann doesn't like other colours. Her mother asks:" Shall we go to another shop to have a look? " So they go out of the shop and go into another one.

 The second shop is bigger than the first, and in it there are many kinds of sweaters of different sizes and colours. Ann tries on an orange one. It is too big. She tries a smaller one. It is OK.

"How much is it ?" Ann's mother asks the women who sells clothes. Then they find it too dear (贵), and they don't have so much money with them. 

"Would you like a cheaper one ? " The women asks.

" No, we shall take this one. My daughter likes it. We will come back to buy it tomorrow. " Ann's mother answers.

A Three-day Trip in Hangzhou

Day 1:Arrive at the hotel and have breakfast→Go to Hangzhou Botanical(植物的) Garden→Go shopping and have lunch on Hefang Street→Go to Yuanyuan Folk Culture Garden(民俗园)

Day 2:Eat breakfast around the hotel→Enjoy beautiful flowers in Taiziwan Park→Visit the West Lake→Have dinner at the hotel

Day 3:Take a walk in Fayun Ancient Village→Go to the hotel and have lunch→Come back to Xi'an 

Little Sam goes shopping with his mom in the shopping center.He sees four mirrors in the center.Sam feels they are interesting and he is really interested in them.

He stands in front of the first one.Oh，no!The boy in the mirror is not him.He is short and fat.Then Sam comes to another mirror.This time he is very thin and tall and his legs are very long.In the third mirror，Sam is tall with a long neck.Sam thinks he looks really funny and laughs. "You look like a giraffe （长颈鹿），" Mom says and laughs，too.

Sam comes to the fourth mirror. "Look，Mom，" Sam says， "It's me.I'm not tall or short.And I'm not fat or thin.I'm of medium build.It's good."

"What makes you look different in the other three mirrors？" Mom asks.

"Science，" Sam says. "Science is so fun!"
