I have three friends. They are Sam, Amy and Li Ming. Sam likes noodles. Amy likes chicken. Li Ming likes Chinese food(中式食品). He likes rice and soup. I like milk and bread.

Only One Hamburger

A train stops at a station. A young man wants to get out and buy some food, but it is raining. A boy is standing under a big umbrella(雨伞). The young man says to the boy, "Can you go and get us two hamburgers? One for you and one for me. One hamburger is 10 yuan. Here is 20 yuan." "Great!" says the boy and he goes to buy the hamburgers. After a while, the boy comes back with one hamburger. He is eating the hamburger. "Where is my hamburger?" asks the young man. "Oh, there is only one hamburger in the shop, so I eat my hamburger. Sorry, I can't buy one for you. Here is the rest (剩下的) of the money." The man is sad and the train leaves (离开) the station.

Ken, from the US, studies in Beijing Sunshine School now. He has 6 subjects. They are Chinese, Maths, English, Music, Science and Art. However, he likes Art best. After school, he often goes to the Swimming Club and the Helping Club. What about his best friend, Jim? Jim, a Chinese student, studies in Beijing Moonlight Town School now. He has eight subjects in school. His favourite subject is Science. After school, he often goes to the

Basketball Club, the Reading Club and the Helping Club. Ken and Jim both like travelling. They plan to visit some places of interest in Beijing this summer holiday. They make a good plan for the visit. They want to visit the Great Wall, the Summer Place, the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street. They also want to eat some Beijing folk snacks.

John：My favourite day is Monday.I can play basketball in PE class.How about you？

Lucy：I like Friday best.I can play the pipa in music class.Do you like Friday，Andy？

Andy：No，I don't.My favourite day is Sunday.I can play computer games at home.Would you like to play with me，Peter？

Peter：I'm sorry I can't.I'm busy on Sunday.I have a cooking class.I'll make some bread and then eat it!Sunday is my favourite day，too!

Welcome to our new school. It is beautiful. This is our playground. We can play football in it. The gym is next to the playground. The computer room is on the first floor. Look at the science room. It's big. We can do some science experiments (实验) in it. The music room is next to the science room. 

Now some students are having a music class. They are singing and dancing in the music room.
