My mother told me that I liked kicking （踢）a ball around when I was only four years old.Then，when I was a little girl，I played volleyball with other young girls in the neighbourhood.Since then，playing volleyball has become my hobby.

 Playing volleyball helps me to relax （放松）.If the weather is nice，I like to play with my friends after doing our homework.And I usually watch volleyball games on TV with my parents after supper.Also，when we travel to the beach，we usually play volleyball together there.

 What's more，playing volleyball helps me make a lot of friends.And after playing，we like to talk about our favourite stars，movies and songs.We also help each other with our studies.

 Now I'm trying to set up a team for the summer competition.I believe that a lot of fun is waiting for me.

    Ruth Kaiser is a photographer from American. She not only smiles a lot, likes finding a" smiley face" in everything. She takes a pictures of those "smiley faces" and shows them on her website (址). Ruth's ideas to collect "smiley faces" started about a year ago. She was taking a picture of a "smiley faces" on the street. A passer-by (路人) asked her what she was doing. Ruth showed the picture to him. The picture made him very happy. And to Ruth's surprise, the passer-by came back a few minutes later. He told her he found a "smiley face" on the street, too.

    Today Ruth has over 2000"smiley face" pictures on her website. Some were taken by her, but most were taken by the people from all over the world. Because Ruth's pictures are so popular, she published( 出版)a book and recently held (举办) her first art show.
