Hi, I'm Anna. My grandpa is my favourite person. He is thin but not very tall. He is very clever, nice and interesting. He is a Maths teacher in a primary school. All his students like him, because he can deal with (解决) a lot of problems for them. He can make Maths easy to understand and lots of his students always get high scores in the Maths tests. He likes helping others. He often helps others carry heavy bags. He also likes to teach the kids in orphanage (孤儿院) . I often go with him and I am so happy to help others too. At weekends, grandpa usually reads books for me and he can make the boring story very interesting. He is good at playing chess and I like to play with him. It has so much fun being with him.

I am an apple tree. I am green and brown. I am 10 years old. I am in a zoo. I have many friends. This is Monkey. It is cute. It is three years old. This is Giraffe. It is tall. It is four years old. This is Elephant. It is very big. It is eight years old. I need air, water and sun. My friends need air, water, sun and me. Haha! Do you know why?

Because they all (都) like apples.

Mr. White lives in a tall building. He lives on the sixteenth floor. Every day, he takes a lift (电梯) up and down. One Saturday afternoon, he went shopping with his little son and bought many things. They drove back and carried all the things up to the lift. Suddenly they saw a piece of paper on the wall. It said, "Dear sirs, there's something wrong. Please use these stairs now." The son took a bag and ran upstairs quickly. But Mr. White walked and walked. At last they stood in front of their door feeling very tired. Mr. White began to look for the keys, but he could not find them. Suddenly he shouted in a loud voice "Oh, no! I've left my keys in the car."

Ryan and Lucas are brothers.Ryan is twelve years old and Lucas is eight.They don't live with their Grandpa，but they often visit their Grandpa at the weekends.Sometimes they play table tennis together，and sometimes they go fishing together.

Today is sunny.The wind blows gently.They want to go fishing.First they are beside a river."This is a good place for fishing，" Grandpa says.They stand beside the river with their fishing rods（杆）.They wait，but they don't catch any fish.Ryan and Lucas are unhappy.Ryan says， "There aren't any fish here today." Grandpa thinks for a while and he says， "We are near the beach.We can go fishing there.Maybe we can get some fish." Ryan says， "Great!Let's go."

They walk to the beach.They stand on the sand with their fishing rods.They wait.Then Ryan catches a fish!Grandpa says， "This is a good place for fishing，too!" They laugh happily.
