    Working out helps you deal with stress in your job, relationships or any area of life. It is possibly exercise is a form of stress itself and helps your body deal with it in a better way. Australian researchers found that those did 30 minutes of aerobic (有氧的) exercise three times a week responded better to stress and had (low) blood pressure.

    Even little exercise, from an easy 10-minute walk to an intense aerobics, seems to decrease your feeling  anxiety.
