·Follow the 20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look away from computers or phones you are using. Try not to put them too close to your eyes. Keep your eyes at least 20 cm away from the screens or the desks when you work or study.
·Do some outdoor activities every day.When you are outside, look at things far from you. In this way, your eyes can get relaxed. And getting more sunshine will be useful for your eyes.
