Do you do any sports between classes? Do you do baduanjin? Baduanjin is an old sport. It dates back to Song Dynasty(朝). It's a healthy sport for men and women, young and old. There are eight movements(动作) in baduanjin. The first movement is to raise(举起) your hands over the head. Can you do this movement? Have a try!

Meals are important. We have three meals a day. Every meal is healthy.

This week, for breakfast, we have bread and milk. There are whole grains(粗粮) in bread. We can have health y hearts(心脏) by eating them. Milk is great because it has calcium(钙) and can keep our teeth and bones(骨骼) healthy.

For lunch, we have meat, eggs, rice and fish. Meat, fish and eggs can keep our bodies healthy.They give us energy(精力) for a day. Drinks are j uice and tea. We also have oranges and pears. For dinner, we have noodles, eggs and vegetable salad. Fruits are grapes and strawberries. Fruit and veg-etables are important(重要的) in a healthy diet. They have vitamins(维他命).

We hope everyone here can eat healthy and fresh food. Eat healthily, and be happy!

 Life in space is much different from life on the earth. How do astronauts (宇航员) live in space?

Before, astronauts could eat only small pieces of dried food. But now they can eat more food like fruit, vegetables and ice cream.

All the people in ISS(国际空间站) have their own rooms. They have to tie themselves to their beds, or they' ll fly away!

Astronauts exercise for about two hours every day. That way, they can still be healthy when they get back home.

Astronauts can read books, listen to music or send emails to their friends and family when they are not working. Sometimes they just sit and look out of the window. It's also much fun!

The lives of astronauts are very interesting, and many people want to be them.

Maps show us much information（信息）. Maps show locations（位置）to us. They may tell us where to find city roads. They can show where a river flows（流向）. Maps can even show the weather. 

Maps show information by symbols. A blue line on a map means a road. A tree may mean a park on a map. A school might be a star. Maps also have a compass sign. We can see an "N" on the map. When people are lost, they can know their location by using it. 

A map of a country cannot be as big as the real one! A map is smaller than what it actually（实际上）shows. Maps tell us a lot about the world.
