Laughter yoga(大笑瑜伽) is a new way for people to take exercise. It's popular around the world these{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(day). Laughter is{#blank#}2{#/blank#} easy way to make you happy and healthy.

Dr Madan Kataria{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(start) the first laughter club in 1995 in India. It was a{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(noise) club, but it was free to join the club. Now there are over 5,000 laughter clubs with different rules in the world. World Laughter Day comes{#blank#}5{#/blank#} the first Sunday in May every year. Many people come together to laugh and they{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(be) happy on that day. Of course, teachers cannot be strict{#blank#}7{#/blank#} them.

Dr Madan Kataria said, "Laughter is good for your body. It can also help you feel good, even if you feel very terrible on{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(rain) days sometimes. If you spend more time{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(laugh), you will be healthy." So more and more people would like{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(join) the club to keep healthy.

Sarah Chang loves playing the violin very much. She says that the violin is one of the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (close) music to the human voice. Sarah was three years old when she learned how {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (play) the violin. Her parents helped her a lot. At the age of five, she {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (accept) as a student at a famous music school called Juilliard. Her parents were amazed!

Sarah's father was her first teacher. He taught Sarah {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (he) and often took her to the concert. Sarah's mother is {#blank#}5{#/blank#} music teacher and she helped Sarah learn to read music. She also wrote music {#blank#}6{#/blank#} her free time.

Sarah's whole life has been wrapped up in her musical talent. She started to play with {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (musician) when she was eight years old. So far, she {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (record) some of her music on CDs. A famous musician named Ychudi Menuhin said that Sarah was the most perfect violinist he had ever heard.

Sarah {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (usual) travels to play with different people. She says that her whole life is planned. Sometimes, she doesn't like that. She wishes that she had more free time. However, she also says that {#blank#}10{#/blank#} she doesn't touch a violin for a few days, her fingers will miss playing. For her, violin is the most important thing in life.

Last month, I went to Australia and had great fun there. My first stop was Sydney. I visited the Sydney Opera House first, then the Bondi Beach. On the beach, I saw many people lying （躺）in the sun. I never saw this in my country. It was very interesting. 

The next morning, I went to Fraser Island. The island is about 122 km long. It has beautiful lakes and beaches. I joined a Fraser Island camp with some friends. We drove a car around the island. We swam and enjoyed a barbecue （烧烤） on the beach together. We had a wonderful time. 

However, there were also many problems, One was that I couldn't speak English well. I wanted to talk with people there and make friends with them. But I didn't know what they said. Because of this, I often lost my way, too. Luckily, people there were so kind to give help. 

From the trip I feel that the world is small. I come to know that I have to study English very hard. 

Once upon a time there was no tea at all in England. People there used to drink a light beer. No coffer or milk but large glasses of beer stood on the breakfast table!

When tea was first brought to England, an old couple got some as a special treat. But they did not know how it should be used they cooked the leaves in hot water, and spread them on a piece of bacon(熏肉)which they were going to have for dinner. They ate the leaves, and threw the tea away! However, tea is becoming as popular as coffee and milk in England today. 

Tea is the leaf of a plant which grows widely in China, Japan and some other countries. Tea farmers usually grow a great many tea plants on a large piece of land. When the tea leaves are ready to be picked, it is the busiest time for tea farmers in a year. They pull off the leaves and dry them. In their spare time, they pick out the best leaves and get them ready for the market. In China, whenever a visitor comes into a house, he is served with a cup of tea. 

Stephen Hawking, a disabled man with a strong will, who died on March 14, 2018, was born in Oxford, UK, in 1942. He was a world famous scientist and expert on space and time. Stephen was trying to find the answers to some very big questions, such as: How did the universe begin? How will it end? 

When he was a student at university, Stephen studied math and science. Then, at the age of twenty, he became very ill. He was so young, but the doctors said to his family, "He has only two more years to live. " 

The doctors were wrong. He didn't die. He couldn't walk, but he used a wheelchair. He talked with the help of a computer. After Oxford, Stephen went to Cambridge University. Three years later, in 1965, he became a doctor of philosophy (哲学). 

Because of his health problems, it was difficult for him to draw diagrams or to write. So he started to think in pictures. With this new way of thinking, he became one of the most famous scientists in the world. Then in 1988, he wrote his first important book, A Brief History of Time. It sold about 25 million copies in about 40 different languages. 

Stephen Hawking made great achievements in cosmology with his studies searching the answers to the Big Bang and Black Hole in the universe, which brought him great fame as a leading figure in the science world even though he became totally unable to move in two thirds of his whole life. 

Recently, a video of a young girl performing the Pangu Dance has caught tons of attention of {#blank#}1{#/blank#} large number of people on the Internet. 

The Pangu dance dates back to the Han Dynasty and is an unusual part of Han culture. During the dance, dancers who are dressed in {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (tradition) costumes use drums as props (道具). {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the surface of the drums, they jump and dance creating rhythmic beats(有节奏的) with {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (they) footwork while waving long sleeves (袖子). 

According to the girl's mother, her daughter Tongtong is now 10 years old. At the age of three and a half, she {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(teach) Chinese dance because of her love for dancing. 

Tongtong has developed friendships with many other young {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(pal). They enjoy learning and sharing short dance videos on Douying to document their growth. Inspired by this, Tongtong has learned to upload dance videos on Douying since last November. 

Ms. Wang said that her daughter {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(spend) about half an hour each day learning dance on Douying after completing her homework. Additionally, Tongtong took up dance classes twice a week. She makes good use of her time in order {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(improve) her performance. 

Tongtong is glad that her dance is loved by so many people online. {#blank#}9{#/blank#} she feels tired sometimes, she wants to make more people know about the Pangu Dance. More {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (important), Tongtong would like to further preserve (保护) the ancient dance traditions of the Han and Tang Dynasties.
