When people talk about air pollution, they are usually thinking about outdoor air 1 . But do you know that there is also air pollution inside homes, offices, hotels and other buildings? The air in your home can be 2 to 100 times more polluted than the air outdoors! In fact, some American doctors say that 50% of illnesses have 2 to do with polluted indoor air.

A lot of pollution comes from indoor activities 3 smoking and cooking. As most people 4 about 80%-90% of their time inside buildings, it is important to take indoor air pollution seriously, too.

Air pollution influences our health 5 . When the air is polluted, not only young children and old people 6 from it, 7 people with health problems suffer as well. Indoor air pollution can 8 people's eyes, noses and throats. Air pollution, both indoor and outdoor, can also 9 to lung cancer and heart disease! In the great London fog in 1952, 4, 000 people died in a few days 10 the pollution! It is said that half a million young children and women die each year in India because of indoor air pollution!

Everybody knows that healthy eating habits are very important. Here are five good eating habits for you. I'm sure you will live a healthy and happy life if you follow them. 

{#blank#}1{#/blank#} Drink about 8 cups of water every day. You may need even more water when you do exercise. 

{#blank#}2{#/blank#} Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You will have more energy（能量）after you eat breakfast. 

{#blank#}3{#/blank#} Don't eat junk food or food that has much fat for lunch. They are bad for your health. If you don't have enough time to have a health y lunch, bring some bread with you for a quick lunch. 

{#blank#}4{#/blank#} Fruit and vegetables should be a necessary part of your food. You can have a vegetable salad for your lunch. If you don't like eating vegetables, you can eat some fruit. 

{#blank#}5{#/blank#} Try to have dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Your body needs time to digest（消化）most of the food. 

There is a bamboo weaving (竹编) club in Sanzao Central Primary School of Zhuhai. Bamboo weaving is one of Chinese traditional skills (传统技艺). The teachers in the club are local craftsmen (当地的手艺人). The students can use bamboo to make many beautiful things like paintings and animals.

Cheng Yangyi and his classmates join the club. He wants to make a bamboo fan."I must be very careful," he said. The thin strips (竹条) are too close or too far from each other. When he puts them together, he often makes mistakes (错误). Then he starts again and again." Sometimes I am angry, but I don't stop. After I finish my work, I jump happily. My classmates all come to see the fan and feel surprised." Cheng said." It's nice to learn and know more about Chinese traditional culture when I'm trying to make things with bamboo."

 Time flies when you play on your smartphone. But when you get down to the real business of work and study, one hour feels like a year. Why are we so attracted by smartphones but easily bored by studying?

 It all boils down to something small and hard to see: dopamine(多巴胺). Dopamine is a" pleasure chemical" that makes people feels good. Our brains give it out when we eat yummy food, after we exercise or when we get a prize.

 Compared with studying, playing on smartphones causes our brains to give out more dopamine. For example, checking your phone for a text leads to a 400 percent increase in dopamine. But why?

 When we visit social media, we don't know what we'll see next, or who will give opinions about things we post. This" magic of maybe", makes the dopamine system active. We get excited wondering if we have messages from our friends. When our expectations are met, dopamine is given out.

 And to find more dopamine, we continue checking our phones. Studying doesn't provide such magic. Without this excitement, we get bored much more easily.

 Can we do something to change that? According to scientists, apps can become less attractive if we turn off notifications or change the screen colors to black and white. We can also set time limits on apps to avoid overusing them.

" As for studying, you could check your progress daily or weekly and reward yourself for it" said Daniel Wong, writer of The Happy Student," You could also search for interesting topics connected with your textbook. Use what you' ve learned to make an influence in the real world. This will make knowledge much more interesting to learn".

Street stalls (摊位) are making a comeback in China after the government announced (宣布) its support in street stalls to the public. 

{#blank#}1{#/blank#}Chengdu has set up at least 36, 000 street stalls since the end of May. Changchun reported that it would encourage and support the opening of night markets. Yichang in Hubei Province has allowed stores to set up roadside stalls. 

In fact, street stalls are not new in China. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Later, to have a more beautiful environment, many cities made strict rules over street stalls. So there were fewer and fewer street stalls. 

Now, thanks to the government's support, street stalls have returned. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}

There are new rules for the return of street stalls. For example, people in Chengdu can only set up street stalls in special areas so that they would not affect traffic. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} There are also new types of street stalls. In a night market called "Anyi Night Market" in Shanghai, there are not only food sellers, but also designers and artists selling their own works. Street stalls are welcomed by the public.
