Hello! I am Dan. This is my family. My mother is tall. She is a teacher. She is beautiful. She has long hair. My father is a driver. He is tall and strong. He likes playing football. My grandmother is a farmer. She is very friendly. She can cook. My grandfather is a farmer, too. He can make a salad. I am a pupil. I have no job.

Shen Dacheng, now 19 years old, lost his legs in a traffic accident when he was only six. When he grew up little by little, seeing other 1 running around, he felt envious（嫉妒） of  them. 2 legs,Shen's childhood was terrible and he didn't like talking with others About one year ago, Shen watched a parkour*（跑酷，时下风靡全球的时尚极限运动） video. He enjoyed watching these 3 movements in the video. He said to himself, "They're so cool. I will feel more confident（自信） 4 I can do those moves."

On Saturday morning, everyone is happy but Tom is sad. He sits and says"Too bad! It's a nice day. But I have to paint the fence(栅栏)."Suddenly(忽然), he has a good idea.

Tom's friend Ben comes and eats an apple.He says"Tom, I'm going swimming, but you're working."

"I can go swimming every day, but I can't paint the fence every day. I like it!"Tom says.

Ben is surprised(吃惊的). He wants to paint too."Tom, let me paint a little,"Ben says.

"I'm really sorry. It's my work,"Tom says.

"Oh, Tom. Let me try, please!"says Ben."Here, you can eat my apple."

Tom is happy."Fine. Ben, you can paint for a short time."

Then Tom's other friends come. They all want to try. They give Tom a new kite, a cat, a key and more. Tom's friends paint. Tom sits and thinks,"When something is difficult(困难的) to get, everyone wants it."

Saying Goodbye

One day, Many people are waiting for the train at the train station. Some are reading news-papers and some are saying goodbye to their friends. Mr Zhao, Mr Mo and Mr Chen are talking so happily that they don't know the train is going to leave. The guard says to them,"Hurry up! The train is going to leave."Two of them jump onto the train quickly before it moves. Mr Zhao is left behind. He looks very sad. The guard says to him,"Don't worry. The next train will come in ten minutes.""I know,"Mr Zhao says."But it is my train. My friends only come to say goodbye to me.
