Mike doesn't go to school on Sunday. He feels bored. His friends call him. They go to play basketball together. Mike is very happy. But he doesn't do well in the match. He is angry with himself. At last, his team fails(失败). Mike feels sad. When he gets home, he is very tired and hungry. His mother cooks noodles for dinner. They are his favourite food. He feels happy.

The Food of the 24 Solar Terms

The 24 Solar Terms are important in Chinese culture(中华文化). We can know the time from them. And there is lots of food for these solar terms.

The Spring Equinox is in spring(春天). We eat some fresh vegetables during Spring Equinox. Fresh vegetables can make us healthy.

Mojor Snow(大雪) is in winter(冬天). It is cold(寒冷的). People would like to have hot soup and porridge(粥) during Major Snow.

During Winter Solstice, we can use spoons to eat huntun and use chopsticks  to eat jiaozi. Some jiaozi look like "yuanbao".

There are {#blank#}1{#/blank#}days in a week. We go to school from{#blank#}2{#/blank#} to Fridays. We have Chinese and maths on Mondays. And we have English and {#blank#}3{#/blank#}on Tuesdays. Mr Chen is our music {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. He is tall. He can{#blank#}5{#/blank#} the piano very well. I like Wednesdays best. Because we have a PE class on {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. I like doing sports in PE class. We don't go to school on Saturdays and {#blank#}7{#/blank#}. I can {#blank#}8{#/blank#} TV and play football on the weekend. I love my week. 

Doctor: You look tired.

Longlong: yes. I don't feel well. I don't want to eat anything. I feel full(饱的) now.

Doctor: What do you have for lunch every day?

Longlong:I have chicken and beef on Mondays. I have two hamburgers and iced( 冰的) juice on Tuesdays.I have ice cream and a sandwich on Wednesdays. I have beef, fish and iced water on Thursdays. I have hot food and tea on Fridays. I feel bad now.

Doctor: Do you often play sports?

Longlong: No,Ⅰdon't.Ⅰdon't like sports.

Doctor: What do you often do after school?

Longlong:I often watch TV. Sometimes I have snacks(零食).

Doctor:Ⅰsee. Here is some advice(建议 ) for you. You should eat more vegetables. You should play sports every day. Don't drink too many iced drinks.
