Are you interested in robots? If so, try out robot Little Q at our science center from August Ist to August 6th. Little Q is a cute robot with a round head, two big eyes and two long legs. It's like a big toy that our children will love. 

In life, do you choose to take the road everyone has taken, or do you choose the path that is best for you? It might be 1 to choose what everyone has done, especially if it seemed to be the right fit for them. But is that what truly 2 for you? 

Recently, on a hiking trip, my partner and I decided to take a popular trail (特定路线) in the 3 direction. This was an old, well-traveled trail that people had been hiking and biking from A to Z for years. For our own 4 , we chose to travel from Z to A. Going backwards made more5 with my plan. The trip would take several days and going backwards made it 6 that I would end the trip closer to the airport for my flight home. 

As my partner and I walked, everyone crossing our path had something to say, "You're going the wrong way. Are you 7 ? Are you returning because you forgot something? Are you crazy? The path crossed a highway somewhere. When it did, even passing cars beeped (发出嘟嘟声) to8 us of the "right" direction. 

Why did people only see one way? Because that's what everyone does? Because that's how it's always been done? We even 9 to talk to a Danish woman who said, "We have a saying in my country: When you go backwards to everyone else, it's because you're avoiding something. "I couldn't 10 it. We were just enjoying connecting with nature, hiking the way that best 11 us. Had we gone the "wrong way"? No. At least, not for us. 

I decided to 12 the path I chose. In the end, we had a (n) 13 experience. Choosing the "wrong" path was 14 for me. When the 15 in your heart tells you something is right (or wrong) , listen to it. It's speaking to you for a reason and it knows, better than anyone, what's best for you. 

Enriching your life means trying to make your life meaningful and filled with joy as much as possible. You may have difficulty enriching your life. However, there are two steps you can take to make your life {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. 

Take risks (冒险) that challenge you. If you don't take risks, then you won't be able to enrich your life. So try new things. Do some new things that make you feel less safe. And whether you {#blank#}2{#/blank#} water, heights, or new people, make an effort to see that there's nothing to be so scared of, so that you can feel more confident. 

Take steps to meet people you don't know. Of course, talking to new people can lead to some {#blank#}3{#/blank#} conversations. However, the more you {#blank#}4{#/blank#} introducing yourself to strangers, the more likely you are to meet exciting and interesting people you can learn much from. 

In a recent game of pickleball, my teammate and I were falling far behind our competitors. It was her turn to throw the ball. We were both standing be-hind the baseline, when she nodded at me and said, "In it to win it!"

"Really?" I looked at her in surprise, I had never seen such catchy expression on her face. Personally, I refused even the tiniest suggestion that we should be trying to win the game.

In my life, I had enjoyed the sports with ro. winners and losers, and had always preferred to be a spectator (看客) rather than a player in the world of sports.

Then pickleball game into my life. I started to learn it in my second year of university. Suddenly, I didn't what to be a spectator any longer. I wanted to be a player myself.

My love for the pickleball is that: it's easy to get started with. The gear(装备) isn't too expensive. It's an easy game to learn, and the players don't need to be especially strong, tall or fast. No wonder that a lot of people can now be seen throwing a green, orange or yellow plastic ball with holes in it across a net.

Pickleball is the first game I've ever wanted to win. The idea comes from the excitement I feel when I score a point. Joining in a sport myself rather than cheering for others provides real proof(证明) that I can still work hard to achieve goals.

So, I've made a decision to continue it. I'd forgotten how much fun it is to socialize while doing something active. In that playful space of the court, I face my fears of winning and losing. Now I wonder what competitions I might be brave enough to enter next.

Tom and Tony are brothers. Tom exercises every day. He plays soccer five times a week and he swims and runs every weekend. He drinks milk and eats fruit and vegetables every day. He doesn't eat junk food. He sleeps eight hours every night.

Tony doesn't like to exercise, but he sometimes plays soccer with his brother. He really likes to watch TV. He watches TV for four or five hours every night. He never drinks milk, and he hardly ever eats fruit and vegetables. He loves junk food. He eats junk food five or six times a week. He often plays computer games, too. He sleeps eight hours every night.

Chinese music has a very long history. It's one of the oldest types of music in the world. Chinese ancient music was different from modern pieces. The ancient Chinese played instruments, but they didn't have a lot of songs with words. A lot of the music was for ceremonies and big events. 

The most famous instrument in ancient China was the guqin. It's a kind of stringed instrument（弦乐器）. People thought the guqin was very beautiful. They believed it could make people happy or sad, and even change the weather! 

In the Tang Dynasty（618-907）, there were many kinds of instruments. Music was important to the government. As a result, there were lots of musicians at the palace. Some of them came from other countries. They played their own music and sometimes they taught the Chinese how to play new instruments. 

During the Song Dynasty（960-1279）, the Chinese developed new instruments. One of these was the pipa. It's a kind of guitar with four strings. Musicians wrote more than 200 songs for it. These songs are still popular today. 

In the Ming Dynasty（1368-1644）and the Qing Dynasty（1644-1912）, there were many new styles of music. Some music was for the theatre. Other music was for the home, Beijing Opera is a traditional form of Chinese theater. It uses many different instruments, including the guqin and the xun. 

Today, Chinese music is a mix of traditional and modern music. There are many pop stars in China and people listen to music from all over the world. But traditional Chinese music is still popular, too.
