In traditional Chinese medicine, food is divided (划分) into two types; hot and cold. Both kinds of food affect (影响) your body {#blank#}1{#/blank#} different ways, So, having 57. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} balanced diet is safe and {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (health) for your body.

    Some examples of hot food {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (be) berries, mutton, and ginger (生姜) . If you eat too much of them, {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (certainly) things might happen to your body. You may start to sweat a lot and feel pain in your back, or even grow gray hair! If these things happen to you, you should avoid (避免) spicy food, coffee, or sugar.

    On  {#blank#}6{#/blank#} other hand, too much cold food like tomatoes and potatoes can also cause problems. It may make your hands and  {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (foot) cold. It also makes your body temperature lower.

    Besides what we eat, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} we eat is also important. You should always sit down and chew (咀嚼) carefully. Don't make {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (you) busy with other things, such as watching TV or {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (read) a newspaper. Finally, it's best to eat three meals a day at regular times.

In a recent study in the scientific journal PeerJ, scientists say they have had a"conversation"with a whale, They also say the chat could help them to one day talk to aliens. The scientists are from the University of California, the Alaska Whale Foundation, and SETI(Search for Extra-terrestrial Intelligence). The three organizations teamed up and spoke to a humpback whale(座头鲸) named Twain.

They spoke to her in"humpback language"for 20 minutes. Their conversation took place after the scientists sent a"contact call"into     the ocean off the coast of Alaska. Twain heard the call and responded. She swam to the research boat and chatted. SETI said it was the first ever communication between humans and humpback whales.

The scientists say their conversation with Twain was not a deep one. Professor Brenda McCowan said it was more like a series of greetings. Whales use contact calls to let other whales know where they are. The scientists made the same call 36 times over a 20-minute period. Each time, Twain responded by calling back. She even matched the intervals(间隔) between each call the researchers made. Professor McCowan told the Business Insider website that her research could make it easier to talk to aliens. She said,"There are diverse intelligences on this planet. By studying them, we can better understand what an alien intelligence might be like because they are not going to be exactly like ours."

Table manners

In the Ming and Qing dynasties, tea sets became simple again, and those made of gold and silver gradually disappeared. To test the color of the tea, white tea sets were more popular. In the Qing Dynasty, purple clay tea sets made in Yixing, Jiangsu flourished and were loved widely. It is said that tea made by Yixing's purple clay tea sets still tastes good after being kept in the teapot for one night even in hot summer.

⑤But rather than agreeing with an idea of a helpless future where all human jobs are given over to robots some people believe AI will make on working lives better.It will improve the work of humans,and new jobs will appear to take the place of the old ones.
