Children all around the world love Lego bricks(乐高积木). With those bricks, they can make anything they want. Lego bricks are a great toy(玩具) to play with. Now, for the first time, Lego makes Braille Bricks in English and French, making them a useful toy for blind(失明的) children. 

Lego Braille Bricks have dots (小圆点) on them. The dots are Braille. By feeling (感受) them, blind children can read words and numbers. They can also learn Braille when playing with the bricks. It makes learning easy and fun. 

Olivia is a blind girl, and she learns Braille when playing with the Lego bricks at her school. She loves to play with them and learn Braille at the same time. Her mother also plays with her at home and now she also knows Braille. 

Reece, a little boy, uses the Lego bricks to teach his family Braille. Now, his mother and sister know Braille as well. He says, "I feel so good. Because my loved ones learn something new and I am their teacher. So cool!"

Ieoh Ming Pei was a Chinese-American architect（建筑师）. He was born {#blank#}1{#/blank#} April 26, 1917, in Guangzhou, China. And he {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(die) in 2019. However, he will be remembered by people all over {#blank#}3{#/blank#} world.

From an early age, Ieoh Ming Pei had great {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(interesting) in architecture. Pei moved to the United States when he was 17 years old. Then, he went to MIT and studied architecture there. In 1940, he {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(successful) got a bachelor's degree（学士学位）in architecture at MIT.

After {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(finish) his studies in MIT, Pei continued his studies at Harvard Graduate School of Design. During World War II, Pei took a break from his education. In 1944, he returned to Harvard {#blank#}7{#/blank#} got his master's degree（硕士学位）in architecture two years later. In 1955, Pei set up {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(he) own company, I.M.Pei & Associates. One of his {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(one) major projects（项目）was the Mile High Center in Denver, Colorado.

Ieoh Ming Pei was easy-going and he never wanted {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (show) off. However, most people thought he was a great teacher of modern architecture. In 1983, he was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize for his contributions to his field.

Now a lot of families keep pets in their houses. Many pets are small 1 like cats, dogs, and birds.

Dogs are people's favourite pets. The second 2 are cats and the third favourite are birds. These small animals are very 3 and friendly. People usually see the pets as their 4 members. People take good care of their pets. They 5 the pets wear beautiful clothes and have nice names. They buy food for their pets in pet shops. They keep their pets 6 every day.

1st Day of School

I have a new lunchbox.

My shoes are shiny, clean.

I have a cool, new schoolbag, and a pencil box that's green.

But I don't know my teacher, or where my desk will be.

I stand there for a while.

My teacher's tall and kind of loud, but has a great big smile.

Here is a recipe:

Ingredients: 2 potatoes; 1 egg; 2 spoons of flour (面粉); 3 spoons of vegetable oil (植物油); 1 spoon of salt.

Instructions:

*Peel the potatoes and cut them up. Cook them for 20~25 minutes and then put them into a bowl.

*Break the egg into the bowl. Also add the salt and flour to it.

*Mix them all up.

*Put the pan (平底锅) on the gas cooker (煤气灶) and turn on the gas cooker.

*When the pan is warm, pour the vegetable oil into it.

*Then pour the mixture in the bowl into the pan when the oil is at a high temperature.

*Turn it over from time to time. Bake (烘焙) it for about five minutes.

*Finally, you can enjoy it.

 One of the favorite classes for Cheng Ning is the weekly information technology class. There she gets to experience painting and playing word games with AI robots. Cheng Ning and her classmates are from East China's Zhejiang Province. The province is one of the leaders to bring AI into classes of schools in China. Students have more chances to learn AI courses(课程).

 To deepen the connection between AI and education, Zhejiang provides AI courses in primary and middle schools. It hopes to help students have a good foundation(基础) for their future studies.

 Many cities in Zhejiang are connecting AI with education. In 2022, Hangzhou introduced an AI education platform (平台) from Tencent. Students can experience AI in class. For example, students can control AI robots as engineers on"Mars" to finish special tasks in the robot project.

 Also, in Wenzhou, another city in Zhejiang, many schools have offered at least one AI course. Since 2023, Wenzhou has developed 700 AI education experimental schools. Most schools in Wenzhou have had a complete AI education teacher team. By the end of 2025, there will be 300 more experimental schools in Wenzhou.

AI courses will become more popular in primary and middle schools, and AI labs will be fully covered in every school in these cities and even across the province.
