When thinking about what to write, pay attention to what's around you. It can be anything from a sport you love to a nice place you've visited. You can also get ideas from subjects that matter to you, such as protecting the planet.
Start writing
Write down anything that touches you, from colors to smells to sounds. From there, you can start writing your poem. Once you have a draft ready, you can put it away for a day. Then read your poem again and improve it.
Share it with someone
