When I was five, I had cancer ( 癌 症). My family learned about an organization that provided photography (摄影) classes to kids 1   cancer. I took the classes and learned how to 2a camera and how to take photos in different lighting situations. Taking photos made me 3about being sick for a while.

    At first, most of my photos were of4little dog, Charlie. I took pictures of him sleeping or playing. I also took pictures of 5 like flowers, trees and rivers. I 6 took photos of a little mouse once.

    Last year, I got invited to be a photographer on the red carpet (地毯) of  a big show in Los Angeles. I was so excited 7I could take photos of famous people. It was my first time to get close to them! It felt 8.

    Being a photographer and taking photos makes me feel happy. Now I want to 9what I have learned with other kids. I can't wait to pass on everything I've learned about photography and make other 10feel great, too.

    I was doing some last-minute Christmas shopping in a toy store. A nicely dressed little girl was 1 the teddy bears beside her father 2 she saw a little boy walk in and stop in front of the Pokemon toys. His jacket was obviously too small. He had money in his hand. However, it looked no more than five dollars at most. He was with his father, and kept picking up the Pokemon video games. Each time he showed 3 to his father, his father shook his head, "No".

    Rather disappointed, the boy gave up the video games and chose a book of stickers 4. After they walked away, the little girl ran over to the Pokemon video games. She excitedly picked up one 5 on top of the others, and ran toward the check-out. I picked up my purchases（购买物）and 6 the girl and her father.

    Then, much to the little girl's satisfactory（满意）, the little boy and his father got in line 7 her and me. After the video was paid for and bagged, the little girl handed it back to the cashier（收银员）and said something to her in a low voice. The cashier smiled and put the 8 under the counter（柜台）. I was putting things in my bag when the little boy came up to the cashier. The cashier said, "Congratulations, you're my hundredth customer today, and you win a prize!" and she handed the boy the Pokemon game. The boy could hardly believe his ears. It was, he said, 9 what he had wanted! The little girl and her father had been standing at the doorway, and I saw the biggest and prettiest smile on that little girl I have seen in my life.

    I suddenly understood that the world is not 10 into the strong who care and the weak who are cared for. We must each in turn care and be cared.

I am a book lover. So my house is forever full of1. I have new ones, old ones, hard covers, paperbacks,2and non-stories. I have three boxes of books in my closet, two boxes of books on the floor of my bedroom, and a box of children's books3 for my future grandchildren. I have even more books4the two I wrote on my desk. I try to keep the books5 building up by donating as many as I can to the local6, but as soon as I donate a few, I find myself buying a few more.

   Books Iread keep my mind young, and my heart7,and soul bright. They bring me knowledge, laughter, and joy. They connect me withthe wisdom of the past and the new ideas of the8.They keep me moving on the right path as a journey through life.

    I havelearned that people are a lot like books as well. Some have bright and shiny covers9  don't have very much to say inside of them. Otherslook old and plain but so full of10and light that reading them can11yourwhole life. One difference between books and people, though, is that while a bookhas an ending, the writing inside of us12forever.

Take care when writing the book of your own life. Fill it with love for yourself, others and this world. Fill it with all the wisdom you have learned, goodness you have done,13you have shared, and joy you have14. Keep writing it every day, too. Make it everything you are and everything you want to be, and then15it to everyone. I know it will be a wonderful and fantastic book.

A foreign musician came to China by chance and settled down for 19 years. His song about China was praised by a Chinese person as"I can't imagine {#blank#}1{#/blank#} more beautiful song about China." It sounds improbable, but this is {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(exact) what happened to Mark Levine, a 75-year-old from the US.

My name is Kaspar and I'm a child-sized robot. I am able to move my arms and head. I can open and close my mouth and eyes, 1 . I can even show several feelings, such as happiness, sadness and surprise.

I was first made by scientists 2 2005. My job is to help children with autism (自闭症) understand feelings and language and know how to get along with people. It's good to help the children be active by 3 with them. It 4 me ten minutes once a week to play with them. I often speak slowly to them, 5 they can better understand what I am saying. I like being touched by these children. However, if a child hurts 6 , I will hide my face in my hands and cry out, "Ouch! This hurts." The child will then know it is wrong to hurt others. 7 clever robot I am!

You might ask if I have really helped the children learn some social skills. The answer is "yes". I remember 8 four-year-old girl in the kindergarten. She didn't like to be touched by others. She can hug everyone now and make some friends after having played with me for some time. She is 9 than before.

As a robot for autistic children, I hope to become more helpful. I believe that scientists 10 make my wish come true in the future.
