    I was so please to hear from you and I'm writing to tell you something about my school. You are right, quite few changes have been taken place. On the one side of the road, there has a new classroom building. On the other side which a playground used to be now stand another new building, our library. In it there are all kind of books, newspapers or magazines. The playground is now in front of school. We've also plant a lot of trees in and around the school.     We all enjoy read short stories by O. Henry, such as "The last leaf" and "The Gift of Magi".

    Fewer writers in the world have ever put into prison. And even fewer took great success in prison. While O. Henry, the famous short story writer, was one of him. O. Henry, his real name was William Sidney Porter, was born on September 11, 1862.

    In 1884, O. Henry entered the First National Bank as teller (出纳). On February 10, 1896, Henry was said to have something to do with the disappearance of $1,150 from the bank. He was sentenced to five years imprisonment

    In order to make money support his family, O. Henry began write stories to magazines. These stories became quiet popular with readers.

    O. Henry died in New York in January 5, 1910. He was buried in North Carolina, the state where he was born.

    I have been feeling tired these days and often find hard to concentrate on my study. My teacher told me that it was the sign of anxiety. She advised me to read an article about reducing tension and improving brain efficient. I listened to her and found some useful ways in it. I began to form a habit of taking a nap for 15minutes at noon and try to spare 30 minutes a day to get move. A walk on the playground was beneficial. Besides, following the author's advices, I would play words with friends during class break, which made the brain refreshed and worked better. Having fun with friends is really a good way of becoming relaxed.

    Being tired may influence our mood though it has positive side. The brain can be the more creative. The author reminds what we should not fall asleep with brush in hand and we had better do something creative.

    As the development of the Internet, there is a kind of language calling the Web Language. The other day our class have a discussion about if we should welcome the Web Language. Forty percent of students think it ridiculous. In their opinions, it does no good to helping people communicating, nor is it useful for learning English Besides, it'll make Chinese more standard, finally ruining our mother tongue. However, 60% of our class are fond of it. They think it simple, convenient and helpful in expressing them. Personally, I think it's not a good habit to use the Web Language. It may be popular, but you may make yourself be misunderstood.

    Laughing is one of life's most simple pleasure. It is free. You can do it anywhere. Like the flu, laughter can spread easy among people. Often when we hear someone laughing in crowded room or a packed train, we start laughing too—even if we have no idea how.

    In fact, mental health can affect on physical health. Therefore, “Laughter is the best medicine” does not mean that I should not take medicine when you're sick. It simply means that have a positive outlook might help ease your troubles but make you cheerful. Besides, making others laugh with you is also an act what is joyful and kind.

    It was in a mountain area where I went hiking with my friends last summer. It was the good trip in the beginning but something unexpecting happened later. One of my friend suddenly felt a terrible pain in his stomach and he couldn't move any farther. Nobody knew how to deal it. One girl tried to call her mom, and there was no signal in the mountain area. Worried about him, we put up a tent that we brought with and let him to rest in it. After taking some pills, he drink some water and ate some food. Fortunate, he felt much better and we walked on. We all enjoyed us on the top of the mountain.
