On a Friday night, apoor young violinist was playing the violin at the entrance (入口) of the subway station. The music was so great that people put somemoney into his hat.

The next day, theviolinist came to the entrance again. He put down his hat as usual. "After a while a man named George Sang ran here quicklyand got back his important thing.

The important thingwas a lottery ticket (彩票). Sang bought it andwon a prize of $500, 000. But when he gave $50 to the violinist for hiswonderful music, he threw the lottery ticket, too. I had grown up in a football-loving family; my dad played in the Liverpool FC Boys squad until he had to leave because he hurt his leg seriously. My parents' love story began at Anfield, and my older sister Stevie trained with Crewe Alexandra Girls for a year or two as a left back, just like our hero Jamie Carragher.

As time passed, I began to realize that my dad was right. Women's football was gaining more attention and respect. I started to see female athletes being celebrated and admired, and people were changing the way they thought of women in sports. This change inspired me to stick to my dreamfor football, and I eventually became a professional player. Looking back, I am grateful for the progress that has been made, and I am proud to have been a part of it.
