Do you have trouble getting to sleep? If you do, scientists have an idea to help you get to sleep faster.

You need a 1  and paper. Writing a to-do list helps you sleep faster. Writing to-do lists makes you feel 2  , so you don't worry about the things you have to do. If you write the things down, you can 3  about them temporarily (暂时地). This way makes you 4 . Then you will get to sleep fast. 

The scientists did a survey 5  university students. They wanted to 6  how the students slept. The scientists asked half of the university students to make a to-do 7  before they slept. They all had to 8  by 10:30 p.m. Those who wrote a to-do list fell asleep around 9 minutes faster than those who didn't write down to-do lists. The students who wrote detailed（详细的）lists fell asleep faster than students who wrote simple lists. Some students hardly fell asleep 9  they didn't write down their to-do lists. They were 10  unfinished tasks before going to bed.

1st Day of School

I have a new lunchbox.

My shoes are shiny, clean.

I have a cool, new schoolbag, and a pencil box that's green.

But I don't know my teacher, or where my desk will be.

I don't know if (否) I'll like the kids, or if they'll play with     ▲    .

I look inside my classroom.

I stand there for a while.

My teacher's tall and kind of loud, but has a great big smile.

And, best of all, my favourite book is on the shelf!

I say goodbye to my mum, and walk in by myself.
