I was shy and afraid, and wanted to cry. At that time, I hoped my best friend sitting behind me might stand up to help me. However, he jumped up and also laughed at me. You must know how I was feeling then!
And later I became older and got to know what I should do. I started exercising more and eating less. And I kept working hard to get better grades at school. Just half a year later, I was much thinner and healthier. And I was a top student in our class too. Quickly, I became one of the most popular students at school.
Being fat isn't a crime (罪过). However, you can't stop other people from laughing at you. So you must do something to help yourself. Remember that only you can bring yourself hope and success.
