The children went to the lake first. There they saw many fish {#blank#}3{#/blank#} in it. Jane was really happy, "Look, how beautiful the fish are! I hope I can swim {#blank#}4{#/blank#} them." Then they went to the bird garden. There were different {#blank#}5{#/blank#} of birds in it. These birds were not {#blank#}6{#/blank#} when people were near them. Today many parents worry about their children's diets(饮食). But what is a health y diet for children? Miss Jones from Happy Children Hospital gives some advice(建议):

Children shouldn't eat food with too much salt because it can cause high blood pressure (高血压). 

Children should eat food with less fat, oil and sugar. They should not eat too much junk food like instant noodles(方便面), potato chips(薯片), prunes(梅干), ice creams and cola. 

Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins(维生素). So children need to eat them often. 

Water is important to everyone. Children need to drink about eight glasses of water every day.

Sea turtles(海龟) live in the sea most of the time. The beaches in Florida are home to sea turtles. Female sea turtles come here from the ocean to lay eggs. Then they return to the ocean. However, the number of some of these turtle species(种类) is falling. They are in danger, so people in Florida work together as a community to protect them.

Some volunteers take direct action to help the turtles. They look closely at the sand to find out where the sea turtles lay their eyes. Then they help bury(埋藏) the eggs in order to save them from being destroyed. They are helpful in people who are studying sea turtles.

Florida's government has passed laws to save the turtles. One of these laws is "Florida's Marine Turtle Protection Act". This law prevents anyone from destroying sea turtles' nests or eggs. It helps protect the turtles from dying out.

People also work together to save the turtles through organizations(组织) like the Sea Turtle Conservancy. For example, the bright light from buildings near the beach can influence sea turtles. It may make the baby turtles get lost, leading to many of them do not make it to the ocean and even die. The Sea Turtle Conservancy works with house owners to make the lighting in their buildings sea turtle friendly. They also advise people to turn off their lights at night if they live close to the beach.

In a word, everyone can do his or her part to protect sea turtles and their living places. People in Florida can work as volunteers to clean up the beaches and pick up their own litter. Everyone in the community has the ability to make a difference!

I was on a train in Switzerland. The train came to a stop and a man said something, but I didn't know the language. Everyone started to get out of the train. An old woman saw me still sitting there. She could speak a little English and told me what the man said. She asked me where I was going. Then she talked with some other people, then came back, and told me that we had to take other trains to get there.

I was really lucky to meet the old woman. because I knew I couldn't take the right train by myself. Then we went from one train station to the next. The old woman was really kind. When we got to the last station, we left and said goodbye. Luckily, I got on my train to Rome in time. The old woman told me she also had to catch another train. I found that she needed to spend two hours going back home.

I was moved(感动) that day. An old woman spent so much time on trains just to help out a stranger.

These days, more and more people like the "city walk" around China. The city walk is a kind of city tour coming from the UK. It means tourists follow a planned route（路线）working deeply on the city's history and culture. During the traditional kind of travel, people need to follow a group of people. But city walk routes are special for every tourist. People probably choose a route on their own and move on foot without a purpose（目的）. They can also talk with locals（当地人）and taste local food on their way. 

City walkers may be tourists from other places or local young people. For tourists, by taking part in a city walk, they can learn the city's history and culture. For the local young people, they may spend weekends knowing more about their living places. And they even share their routes and places online. So more people get interested in their cities and come to visit them. 

Now the city walk is very hot. However, we also find that to make money, some travel agencies（旅行社）may make some routes without understanding the culture and history of a city. That will make tourists lose interest in the city walk. What's more, many young people spend much time taking photos to just show themselves online.
