The adobe dwellings (土坯房)  {#blank#}1{#/blank#}  （build）by the Pueblo Indians of the AmericanSouthwest are admired by even  {#blank#}2{#/blank#} most modern of architects and engineers.     The way we tell stories has naturally changed since Aristotle defined the rules of tragedy about 2,500 years ago. According to him, the role of storytelling is to imitate life and make us feel emotions. And that's exactly what storytelling as we know it has done very well since then. But there is an aspect of life {#blank#}1{#/blank#} storytelling could never really reproduce. It is the notion of choices.

    Choices are a very important part of our lives. We as individuals {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (define) by the choices we make. As an interactive writer, {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (fascinate) with the idea of recreating this notion of choices in fiction, I have tried to put the audience in the shoes of the main characters. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (explore) a way to achieve this is what I did in the past 20 years of my life.

    So do you have an idea of {#blank#}5{#/blank#} my work is about as an interactive writer? Where a writer needs to deal with time and space, as an interactive writer, I need to deal with time, space and possibilities. I need to think about all the possibilities {#blank#}6{#/blank#} the characters could encounter different people and different things in a given scene and try to imagine everything that {#blank#}7{#/blank#} happen.

    The interactive writer's experience is very unique, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} it is the result of the cooperation between a writer creating this narrative landscape and the player making his own decisions, telling his own story and becoming the cowriter but also the coactor and the codirector of the story. Interactive storytelling is a revolution in the way we tell stories.

    An Israeli woman accidentally stepped on a garden snail (蜗牛). Rather than simply ignoring the snail, she picked up all the pieces of {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(it) broken shell and took it to Halclinica, a local animal clinic. She was lucky enough {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(find) a committed medical worker who, instead of refusing her request for help, spent hours {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(glue) the snail's shell back together.

    "For the broken shell, we need a {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(combine) of patience and skill with the glue," the clinic wrote in a post {#blank#}5{#/blank#} its Facebook page. "We make sure the glue stays outside the shell {#blank#}6{#/blank#} does not harm the snail's body."

    {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(lucky), their hard work paid off and they were able to not only fix the snail's shell, but also put it back on the slimy owner. The operation was a success, {#blank#}8{#/blank#}.

The snail will still need a few weeks, or even months, to fully recover. So far the staff of Halclinica {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(have) a liking for their tiny patient. They have even named it Chevy. "I am happy to see Chevy is getting {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (strong) day by day," one of the staff said. He'll remain under their care as he recovers and animal lovers are welcome to visit him during his stay at the clinic.
