    I love camping. It is my favoritest way to spend the summer vacation. Last year, my family and I went camping in the countryside. It was one of the most excited experiences I had never had. We slept in a tent and went on a long walk every day. We cook over a fire and the food always tasted wonderfully. For a whole week, I saw lovely mountain views or breathed fresh air. At night, I heard the gentle wind blowing in the tree, and I felt so peaceful. It doesn't cost many to camp, and what I believe it's the best way to get close nature and enjoy its beauty.

    Nowadays we are living in an information age, when TV, cellphones and the web are using widely. It seems that many people can't enjoy himself without them. However, were I to give up one of them, I will turn off my TV, but not cutting off the Internet. The reason is because there are few shows I fancy and there are too many commercials. What's worse, most programs on the TV are also available somewhere else. Not only cellphones but also the web are necessary for me. I need a cellphone to keep touch with my friends and family.     Hello, everyone! I would like to share with you my first travel abroad. Last summer vacation, I, together with several classmates, took part an exchange program with the American school. During our visit, I stayed in host families, that gave us an opportunity to learn about American society. The main part of our program was to experience of the school life. Comparing with Chinese students, American students are more open and active. Besides, they have less homeworks and fewer exams. So we also have a lot in common, like being crazy about NBA. When the visit was over, I make friends with some American students, who became very interested in Chinese culture. The American students also benefited many from the program.

    Self-protection is one of most important skills for us teenagers. But how do we protect themselves? Now let me share my ideas to you.

    First, I always obey the traffic rules and I never ran the red light. When the traffic light is red, I won't go as it turns green. I always cross the zebra walk because of it is safe. Second, I often eat the food what is healthy and safe. Eat too much fast food will be harmful to my health. Third, I never meet stranger alone, especially friends whom I make on the Internet.

    In short, if we obey the rules and take care of ourselves, we will grow up happy.
