Healthy eating doesn't just mean what you eat, but how you eat it. Here is some advice (建议) for you.
Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important (重要的) meal of the day. Your body. needs food to start a day after the long rest. You will be smarter after eating breakfast.
Eat dinner early. In our everyday life, we are always busy with work, so we eat late. Try to eat dinner 3 hours before you go to bed. If you eat early, your body will have a longer time to digest the food before you go to bed.
Eat healthy snacks (零食). It's a good idea to eat healthy snacks, like fruit, nuts or cheese between your meals. But too many snacks are not good.
Eat with others. It can help you to eat slowly and happily. You'll feel the food is more delicious if you usually eat with your parents and friends. Remember: don't talk with your mouth full.
