What's this on the table? It is a {#blank#}1{#/blank#} of my new classroom. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} at the picture. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} can you see {#blank#}4{#/blank#} the classroom? I can see a {#blank#}5{#/blank#} desk in the front of the classroom. Some books are {#blank#}6{#/blank#} the desk. I can see two white {#blank#}7{#/blank#} , too. There are{#blank#}8{#/blank#} colored chalks (彩色粉笔n them. {#blank#}9{#/blank#} is the broom (扫帚)? It's {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the door. I like this new classroom.

    One day , a woman walked into a {#blank#}1{#/blank#} shop. The shopkeeper smiled and said , "Good afternoon , madam."

    "Good afternoon,"the woman answered , "There is a green hat {#blank#}2{#/blank#} red flowers on it in your {#blank#}3{#/blank#} .Will you take it out of there？"

    "Yes， madam," the shopkeeper said, "I'm happy to do that {#blank#}4{#/blank#} you." Usually women look at a {#blank#}5{#/blank#} of hats , but they don't buy any. So he thought , " Good, I can {#blank#}6{#/blank#} this hat very quickly today."

    "Do you want it in a box or {#blank#}7{#/blank#} your head, madam."

    " Oh, I don't want it," she answered , " I {#blank#}8{#/blank#} want you to take it out of the window. I pass your {#blank#}9{#/blank#} every day and I don't like to {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the ugly(丑的) thing there."

My Dear Azhaan,

    I want you to know that you remind me of myself in so many ways. You are like a better and Improved version(版本) of me. I look at you and I see myself. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}your eyes. I wish I had that confidence(信心) and even some of your bossiness(霸气) at that age. Yet, I'm also troubled on seeing this confidence {#blank#}2{#/blank#} disappearing, because you are {#blank#}3{#/blank#} many different things. I want you to know that your confidence is one of the{#blank#}4{#/blank#} things about you. All of us admire your confidence. However, you are{#blank#}5{#/blank#}confident enough these days, because you are beginning to dislike your own body.

    You are not fat. I agree that you could be a little healthier. You could eat a little less junk food. However, I don't know when you'll begin to enjoy fruits, but I believe that you will.

    I think one of the moments of{#blank#}6{#/blank#}for me was when you were born, and the doctor said, "Congratulations, you have another baby boy," not because you were a boy but because you were healthy.

    You're too young to understand this {#blank#}7{#/blank#} no one realizes the importance of a normal life {#blank#}8{#/blank#}it is away from them. What I{#blank#}9{#/blank#} for you is happiness: the understanding that you are not perfect and that it is okay because none of us is!

    Everybody knows that it is dangerous to cross the street without looking both ways in China. However, I had a different experience in Berkeley, a beautiful city in California, US.

    I didn't know what to do when I had to cross the roads{#blank#}1{#/blank#}my first couple of days there：I wondered whether I should let the car go first or not？Based on my old experience back in China, I would certainly let the car go. "Who wants to be knocked down by a car？"I thought to{#blank#}2{#/blank#}.

    One day. I was checking for cars while I was waiting to go to the other side of the road. An SUV came fast toward me, so I stopped and{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. However, to my great surprise, the car stopped right in front of me. To be honest. I was a little confused because in China drivers usually try hard to drive as{#blank#}4{#/blank#}as possible to cross the road before people step out. Not knowing what to do for a moment, I saw no sign the car was going to move, so I offered a "signal" to let him go first.
