Just like every technological advancement, the next is set to be a huge deal, and such is the case for 5G.The wireless technology {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (expect) to power self-driving cars, virtual reality, smart {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (city), and networked robots. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (research) from King's College London who have joined with Ericsson (ERIC) to dream up futuristic applications for 5G have looked at everything from music {#blank#}4{#/blank#} medicine.

    The team is working towards using {#blank#}5{#/blank#} technology to transfer physical skills across networks and creating what they are calling the “Internet of Skills”. “With 5G and the new networking architecture we're building, we're hoping to get this delay down to just the speed of light,” said Mischa Dohler, a professor of wireless communications at King's College.

    Furthermore, 5G will {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (hopeful) allow a surgeon with virtual reality equipment {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (work) on the other side of the world via a robot. They will use haptic (触觉的) gloves, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} will allow the surgeon to sense motion and pressure when {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (operate) on a patient and can get instant feedback via the gloves.

Meanwhile, Dohler does not expect this to happen overnight and {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (believe) it could take the “Internet of Skills” another decade before it is fully functional.

    Mac was cycling along a road. With a heavy camp bag, he wasn't moving very fast. He knew clearly he must be careful not to slow down. {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(fortunate) , Paul and Becky were driving along the same road when they spotted the scene. They drove toward Mac. When the car was in front of him, Mac jumped off the bike and dashed for the back door. Paul {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(open) the door so as to let Mac in. It was quite a while {#blank#}10{#/blank#} Mac became calm and thanked them.

    Newton made important contributions to every area of the scientific and mathematical concept to his generation. Born in {#blank#}1{#/blank#} rural English village on Christmas Day, 1642, he was so small that no one thought he would survive. During his childhood he spent much of his time inventing and building toys, and did not do particularly {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (good) at school. So his mother, who was {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (will) to pay for his education, brought him home to look after the sheep.     When Cambridge was closed for two years due to the plague(鼠疫), Newton went home to work on his studies. It is a popular belief {#blank#}8{#/blank#} on one occasion he was sitting under an apple tree {#blank#}9{#/blank#} an apple fell on his head, which helped him to understand the laws of gravity. It is now thought that perhaps he invented this story in later field to explain how he drew his {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (inspire) from everyday events. 

In Japan, the word bonsai means tray plant. It refers to the interesting {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(combine) of art and the planting and growing of miniature trees and plants. Bonsai originated in China more than 2,000 years ago and {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(spread) to Japan about 700 years ago. Some people believe that only small plants must be used in bonsai, but this is not true. Nearly any type of tree or plant can be used, as long as it is grown {#blank#}3{#/blank#} a seed or a small cutting.
