Your body is just one part of who you are. Your talent for comedy, a quick wit (智慧), and all the other things make you unique. So try not to let small imperfections take over.

It can also help you in everyday life. However, if it is part of life's routine, then something somewhere will suffer in body or mind—or both.

     One of the important factors in treating stress, is firstly admitting, accepting or even discovering that you are stressed. Only then can the causes of that stress be isolated. Harmful stress comes from a lot of causes. Our advice about stress is based upon medical facts, and of course common sense. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}  Getting the wrong advice can cause more harm than good.

    It can be beaten in most cases, and can nearly always be controlled, or even turned to your own advantage. Firstly determine if you are stressed or suffering any form of stress—take our stress test to find out. It may surprise you! Sometimes we need to slow down and take things one step at a time, so that we have time to think and realize that we don't have to keep charging full speed through life.

    It is interesting that I read the books borrowed from libraries faster than those I bought. The reason is the books I bought don't have a due date! I don't need to return those books.

    What the attack does

    Cyber bad guys have spread ransomware(勒索软件), known as WannaCry, to computers around the world. It locks down all the files on an infected computer. The hackers then demand $300 in order to release control of the files.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    Microsoft requires Windows 10 customers to automatically update their computers, but some people with older PCs disabled automatic updates.

    The attack has been found in 150 countries, affecting 200,000 computers, according to Europol, the European law enforcement agency. FedEx, Nissan, and the United Kingdom's National Health Service were among the victims. In the U.K., hospitals were crippled by the cyberattack, which forced operations to be canceled and ambulances to be diverted.

    Who is vulnerable

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#}Microsoft said it had taken the "highly unusual step" of releasing a patch for computers running older operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 8 and Windows Server 2003. So even people with older computers should update them.

    Apple's Mac computers were not targeted by this ransomware attack. Bad guys generally target Windows far more than Apple's operating system because there are vastly more computers running Windows around the world.

How to Grow Organic Tomatoes in a Container

    Anyone who has seen tomatoes growing in a garden knows that they tend to be huge plants. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} So the first thing to do when considering growing tomatoes in a pot is to find a suitable variety.

    After you find the perfect plant, it is time to plant it. In general, plastic or fiberglass pots are best for growing tomatoes. They don't dry out quickly. While tomatoes love heat, they don't like being dry. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Besides, tomatoes need to grow in a reasonably large pot. A pot must be 8 inches deep. That's the absolute minimum. A 12- or 16-inch pot is even better.

    Any good quality organic potting soil works for tomatoes. Don't use soil dug directly from the garden. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Compost-based soil, whether purchased or mixed from your special recipe, is nice. When planting the tomato, put some soil in the bottom of the pot and set the plant in. After you have the plant set at the proper level, fill in around it with soil. The soil should go up to about an inch below the rim of the pot to allow room for watering.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#} The best way to tell when to water is to stick your finger into the soil­if the first two inches are dry, it's time to water.

    The trickiest thing about growing tomatoes in a pot is that they are heavy feeders. Every time you water, you wash nutrients out of the soil. So fertilize (施肥) regularly. Once a month is good. But every other week, applying the fertilizer at half-strength is better. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}
