Recently, a coffee shop has become a new check-in spot in Shanghai. The store has no seats or tables and its storefronts are nothing more than a grey wall with a hole through which a furry(毛茸茸的) bear paw communicates with customers by serving them coffee, giving them friendly pats or posing for photos. Here, customers simply scan a QR code(二维码) to place their order.

The coffee shop called HINICHIJOU, which is also known locally as Bear Paw cafe, has become very popular among people. That's not just because of its unique features but also because of its goal of providing jobs for the disabled.

According to the store's owner, Wang Haiqing, the store is managed by three disabled persons, including a deaf-mute(聋哑的)manager. Wang adds that the cafe's idea of placing employees behind a wall is to help the disabled feel more comfortable at work. She also says, "Not all our employees are disabled people. For example, the employees who wear the bear paws are able-bodied people. They take orders, communicate with customers and perform other tasks. Besides, the cafe also provides the disabled with free coffee as well as training on making different drinks."

A Sina Weibo user says online, "I know it's difficult for people with disabilities to find a job. It's great to have such a store to support their employment. l hope that there will be more shops like this one and that the whole society will give the disabled more understanding and support."

(1)、How do customers place their order?
(2)、Why has the Bear Paw cafe become popular among people?
(3)、How many people manage the store?
(4)、What's the purpose of placing employees behind a wall?
(5)、What is the meaning of such a store for the disabled?
