There are many animals at the zoo. The bears are fat. The wolf is thin. It eats meat. The panda is black and white. The birds are small. They live in trees. The elephant is very big. Its nose is long. Its tail is short.

    Today is Children's Day. Look, John is wearing a blue shirt. Tom is wearing yellow shorts. Mike is wearing a green hat. They sing a song together. Whose red dress is this? It's Mary's. Where is Amy? She is in the classroom. She is wearing a white and blue skirt. How happy they are!

    There is a very nice library in our school. It is big and bright. It has all kinds of books and newspapers. We can borrow storybooks, English books and many other books there. We can also do some reading there. Jenny often does some reading by the window in the first reading room. Li Ming usually borrows some Science books from the library.

    I'm going to borrow an English storybook. Our English teacher often tells us that it is good to do some reading. And I will try my best to do it

A: Mr Wang, what are they?

B: They are small. They are yellow. They're chicks.

A: How many chicks?

B: One, two, three... There are ten.

A: Do you like chicks?

B: Yes, I like chicks.

A: What are they on the flowers?

B: They are ladybirds.

A: What colour are they?

B: They are red and black.

A: Can they fly?

B: Yes, they can.

    One Sunny day, a rich old businessman in a small town meets a factory worker, a coach and a fisherman. He gives them three seeds and says "Bring me the flowers in three months. The man with the most beautiful flower can have my much money!"

    After 3 months, the factory worker brings a big red flower. The coach brings a small purple flower. But the poor fisherman bring nothing. He is very sad, "I don't know why, I watered it every day".

    The businessman says, "You are honest! The seeds are bad and will never sprout! The much money is yours."

    Finally the fisherman is very very happy. The other two men feel quite ashamed and sad.
