Hello. I'm a pupil. I am in Grade Six of Yu Ying Primary School. There are some rules(规则) in my school. Don't be late for school. Don't ride a bike at school. Don't run in the classroom. My father's day

    My father is a teacher. He teaches Chinese. He likes his job and his students. And the students like him too. He goes to work from Monday to Friday. He does not work on Saturday and Sunday. Every day, he gets up at five thirty. At six, he has breakfast. Then he goes running. He goes to school at seven. He has lunch at school. He goes home at five in the afternoon. At six o'clock, he has dinner. He doesn't watch TV. He likes reading books with me. He goes to bed at nine thirty.

    I have a little dog. Its name is Googlo. He is three years old. He has two big eyes. They're black. He has one blue ear and one black ear. He is clever.

    I like my Googlo. He likes playing with me. He can bark, jump and run. He can play football, basketball and volleyball. He likes playing football very much. He likes some fruit, such as apples, bananas, oranges, pears and watermelons. He enjoys his snacks.

Save electricity

    Don't leave the TV on standby(待机) .

    Switch off all the lights when the room is empty.

    Tum up the air-conditioning by a couple of degrees. You don't need to live in a fridge.

Pollution

    Don't drop litter. Clean up your own mess, whether you are in town or out for a walk in the countryside. Birds and animals eat your leftovers (残余食物) and this can be very harmful (有害的) to them. Litter can also pollute rivers and the sea and can poison (毒死) the fish.

    Use public transport. Ride a bike or walk. Get your Mum and Dad out of their cars. They waste energy and pollute the air.

    Encourage your parents to buy eco-friendly ( 环保型的) cleaning products which use fewer harmful chemicals (化学物品) . Despite (尽管) the high price, they are well worth the extra money you spend more to save the environment!

Water

    Tum the tap off when you brush your teeth. We brush our teeth at least twice a day and each time we can waste 2-3 liters of water!

    Don't overfill the kettle. Put in just the amount you need. You will also save electricity!

    Spring is coming. What a nice season!

    The weather is getting warmer and warmer. The flowers are coming out. How beautiful the world is! Look around! The sky is blue and the trees are turning green. The sun is shining brightly and the air is so fresh. Now people take off (脱下) warm coats. People can fly kites in the park.

    A good beginning is half done and it's the first season in the year. We must make the best use of our time and catch every second to work and study. Do you think so?
