    As we know, mental health links to our happiness index. However, it's vital to keep our mental health. Here are some advice on how to do it.

    Firstly, accept yourself true. Knowing your own potentials and making practical goal instead of setting high expectations can keep yourself away from heavy burden, thus enjoy good mental health. Secondly, be friendly and sociable. Life with friends is miserable. So make friends. It's their comfort and support which help you go through hardship in life. Lastly, commit yourself to your career. Your efforts bring you a sense of achievement, which will in turn ensure your happiness.

    In a brief, it pays to focus our attention on our mental health. The more, the best!

    Last Sunday morning, when I was having a walk in the park near my home, I came across a crew make a new film with one of my favourite actor.     Last weekend, after finish my homework, I wanted to relax me, so I went to thecinema to watch Journey to the West with my friends. We hoped to enjoy ourselves there. However, some of the people there makes me feel very unhappy.

    When we arrived there, the movie been on for ten minutes. We found our seats quick and sat down. What's worse, a few guys were talking loudly or even shouting when they saw some excited pictures. Also, some people threw away plastic bag, paper and other rubbish on the floor, that made the floor very dirty.

    As we know, the cinema is a public place where we can have a nice time. All of us are supposed to obey the rules in the public. Only in this way can we make public places more comfortable.

    During my last winter holiday, I went to countryside with my father to visit my grandparents. I find a big change there.     Cars are everywhere. In big city and small towns, the preferred method of transportation is the automobile. People can get to where they need to go quickly and easy, and it has given a new kind of freedom to many people who may not have experienced it ago. But is driving really the best thing for our society? I argue that it is not. First, pollution was a serious problem, and more cars only make them worse. There is just not way to reduce pollution without decrease the number of cars on the road. Second, cars are very dangerous. Traffic accidents are responsible tens of thousands of deaths every year. Finally, cars are so expensive for most people to afford. However, that doesn't stop low-income families from spending the most of their money to pay for the family car.
