    I will ever forget the experience of beginning to learn English.I liked English and I could not got the right method of learning.The more I want to remember,the harder I found it was.I was in low spirits.I almost gave in. Luckily,my English teacher was encouraged me and helped me find a good way.I became bravely enough to open my mouth to speak English.How excited about English she was!My confidences came back to me.Believe it or not,I won the first prize in Spoken English Competition in our school.It was first time that I had won such a prize in my life!

    I have been feeling tired these days and often find hard to concentrate on my study. My teacher told me that it was the sign of anxiety. She advised me to read an article about reducing tension and improving brain efficient. I listened to her and found some useful ways in it. I began to form a habit of taking a nap for 15minutes at noon and try to spare 30 minutes a day to get move. A walk on the playground was beneficial. Besides, following the author's advices, I would play words with friends during class break, which made the brain refreshed and worked better. Having fun with friends is really a good way of becoming relaxed.

    Being tired may influence our mood though it has positive side. The brain can be the more creative. The author reminds what we should not fall asleep with brush in hand and we had better do something creative.

    Henry's job was to examine the cars which crossed to the border. Every day, he would see a man come toward him, pull a bicycle. When he arrived, Henry used to examine him careful.     I used to delay things until deadlines, that caused me much trouble. Therefore, I thought of some ways to get rid the bad habit. First, I took a shower right after I got home from school. It refreshed me but made my thoughts more active. Furthermore, in order to avoid being continual disturbed by my cellphone, I left them with my parents. The final strategy I use was scheduling. I managed to planning my days ahead of time so that I could break up my tasks rather than having too many work to do on the last day. By using these simple technique, I've improved my efficiency and made a good use of my time.

I use to be a person who hated exercising. And after I started playing baseball, I became attracting to the sport. Now, I spend most of my time improving my skills, for it is the hard process for me. I need to make more efforts than others. I enjoy the feeling of working with teammate, as well as the time we spend it together. I am a beginner in this sport. Sometimes people will look down to me, but it doesn't matter. It will only make them keep going. I believe only by practicing over and over again I catch up with other fantastic players one day. The challenge motivate me to work harder.
