The old saying “The early bird catches the worm” show us the importance of planning, working hard and trying constant. To achieve outstanding results, the most people must plan ahead and work hard to overcome all kind of difficulties.
That has been my own experience, either. When I first started at high school, I seldom passed my exams, so I never prepared well. Later, my teacher, Mr Black, advised me plan everything in advance. She asked me to study hard as well. After a year of putting his advice to practice, I can now easily pass all my exams.
There are no direct roads to succeed.

My dad is an enthusiastic runner. Influencing by him, I was very sporty before the age of 15. Therefore, after I went to high school, I stopped to taking physical exercise because of my busy schoolwork. One morning, I ran for only one minute to catch a bus, but I was quite out breath. I didn't realize the importance of working in groups since I was chosen monitor of my class in high school. At first, I did most of duties myself while other students cared few about class activities. As a result, I was tired out and depressing. Then I turned to my teacher and he gave me some advice of how to cooperate well with other. Thus I begin to realize the strengths of my classmates and have everyone to do his part in class.

From my experience, I strong feel that it is working in teams instead of on my own that has freed me from trouble and make me work more efficiently. Therefore, we need the teamwork spirit in our lives.

A group of international students visited our school in last week. To help them better understand our tea-drinking culture. I take them to the tea room in our school but introduced the history of tea-making and tea culture to them. All the international students was quite interested in my introduction. Then I showed them what to make tea. I sat at a table，slowly explain every step of the process while making tea. All of them were so amazing that they couldn't wait have a try themselves.
