    Joy is a 17-year-old teenager in America, he likes skiing. On March 3, he went skiing in Maine. He had lost his way. The boy was all alone. He didn't have food, or water, or a phone. He was getting colder by the minute.

    Joy didn't know where he was. He tried to calm himself down. He thought about all the survival shows he had watched on TV. Joy decided to stop skiing. There would be a better chance of someone finding him if he stayed put(待在原地不动). Using his skis, Joy built a small snow cave. Then, he gathered many branches and put them on top of the cave to stay as warm as he could.

    By that evening, Joy was really hungry. He ate snow and drank water from a nearby river. He slept in the cave with his arms and legs close to his body. The next day, Joy went out to look for help. On March 5, Joy went out again to find help. Joy was saved.
