     One morning during my second month ofthe art school, our teacher gave

    It is a rainy (阴雨的) day. A train stops at a small {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. A man is on the train and he feels hungry (饥饿的). He looks out of the window (窗) and sees a shop. The man gives the boy two dollars and asks him to buy {#blank#}8{#/blank#} cakes. “One is for you and the {#blank#}9{#/blank#} is for me,” he says to the boy.

    After some time, the boy comes back. He's eating a cake. He {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the man one dollar. “Sorry, there is only one cake left (剩余). I eat the cake and here is one dollar back,” says the boy.

    First there were CDs, then we had MP3 music and now we have ringtones(铃声)! People use their mobile phones to play music. You can listen to the radio on your mobile phone, download music onto it and use it like a MP3 player. Some pop groups find that {#blank#}1{#/blank#} people listen to their songs on their mobile phones than they do on CDs.

    So many people have mobile phones that {#blank#}2{#/blank#}you don't know when your phone rings. Ringtones are often {#blank#}3{#/blank#}to tell you it's your phone. Companies sell them to you and they are downloaded on your phone.

    At first, there were just different rings. They were like a normal telephone. Then people made them sound like a piece of music. Now you can get all kinds of sounds {#blank#}4{#/blank#}every pop song can be played on your mobile phone. You can also get animal sounds there-are elephants, cats, clogs, lions and lots of strange bird sounds, too.

    You can make your {#blank#}5{#/blank#} music. You need special software to do it. There are also karaoke ringtones. Your {#blank#}6{#/blank#}is recorded with some music and you hear it when someone calls.

    Now you can have a different sound for every person you know. Your {#blank#}7{#/blank#} book is used to find out who is calling Then it {#blank#}8{#/blank#}a different song for each person. If your best friend likes a special song, he can hear it, too!

You have to be {#blank#}9{#/blank#}with the song you choose, though. Some songs can cause trouble. If your family call you, they don't want to hear a noisy pop song with {#blank#}10{#/blank#}words! You should choose something that sounds nice. Some sounds are very noisy and fast, which make people angry. Ringtones are fun, but they should not make people angry at you!

    Parents are the first teachers of their children. Many people in Beijing return to school only because they have become parents. Ding Rong, a teacher from the Fourth Middle School of Beijing, said, "Many parent either love their children too much or behave badly to them.
