While it is impossible to live completely free of stress, it is possible to prevent stress as well as reduce its effect when it can't be avoided.

Try physical activity

Running, walking, playing tennis, and working in your garden are just some of the activities you might try.

Make time for yourself

Schedule time for both work and entertainment . Don't forget, play can be just as important to your overall well-being as work. Go window-shopping or work on a hobby. Allow yourself at least a half hour each day to do something you enjoy.

Take care of yourself

If you easily get angry and can't sleep well enough, or if you're not eating properly, it will be more likely that you will fall into stressful situations. If stress repeatedly keeps you from sleeping, you should consult a doctor.

Stress can result from disorganization and a feeling that "there's so much to do, and not enough time". Trying to take care of everything at once can be too much for you and as a result, you may not achieve anything. Instead, make a list of everything you have to do, then do one thing at a time, checking off each task as it is completed. Set out to do the most important task first.

A. You should make every effort to eat well and get enough rest.

B. Do whatever you like and want to do.

C. The following are suggestions for ways to deal with stress.

D. You need a break from your daily routine to just relax and have fun.

E. When you are nervous, angry or upset, try releasing the pressure through exercise or physical activity.

F. You could smile to yourself in front of a mirror every day.

G. Make a list of things to do

Tips for cooking on a Tight Schedule

    From my experience, there are three main reasons why people don't cook more often: ability, money, and time.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}

Money is a topic I'll save for another day. So today I want to give you some wisdom about how to make the most of the

time you spent in the kitchen .Here are three tips for great cooking on a tight schedule :

    Think ahead .The moments when I think cooking is a pain are when I'm already hungry and there's nothing ready to eat. So think ahead of the coming week .When will you have time to cook? Do you have the right materials already?{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

Make your time worth it. When you do find time to cook a meal, make the most of it and save yourself time later on. Are you making one loaf of bread?{#blank#}3{#/blank#}.It takes around the same amount of time to make more of something. So save yourself the effort for future meal.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#}This may surprise you, but one of the best tools for making cooking worth your time is experimentation. It gives you the chance to hit upon new ideas and recipes that can work well with your appetite and schedule. The more you learn and the more you try, the more ability you have to take control of your food and your schedule.

Hopefully that gives you a good start.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}and don't let a busy schedule discourage you from making some great changes in the way you eat and live!

C. Make three or four instead.

D. Understand your food better.

Open work spaces definitely have their benefits, but they come with the drawback of offering employees little to no control over visual distractions(干扰).With so many people around and so much going on,some of us can easily get disturbed by this information overload and lose focus in what's really important. That's where the Focus Cap comes into play.

“As we are still cavemen or mammals kept in an unnatural environment,I believe that only by reclaiming(收回)the normal,stress-free human state through simple tools and techniques can we finally release our actual creative potential and create our meaningful work for a brighter future,”says German designer Hannes Greblin, inventor of the Focus Cap.

After looking at other products designed at minimizing visual distractions,Greblin decided that most of them were either too expensive or too uncomfortable to become mainstream,so he decided to go with something much simpler —a simple cap with a retractable visor(可伸缩的帽沿).

Greblin's Focus Cap is really straightforward. You just wear it like a regular cap'with the sides of the visor retracted, and just collapse the sides whenever you need to focus on what's ahead of you.Whether you're trying to focus on a task in an open work office.Trying to study at university,or practicing yoga in a park and trying to ignore stares from strangers, the Focus Cap can help.

To be honest, this whole project sounds like a joke, but the Focus Cap does have its own website where people interested in this unusual accessory can actually sign up for updates on when it will go on sale.Greblin claims it will cost 30 euros($37)plus shipping.

    Copenhagen Destination Guide

The modern city of Copenhagen combines the best of European cafe culture and Scandinavian architecture. It's charming and compact with lots of local history to dive into. Although spending time in Copenhagen can become expensive, there are many ways to experience the city on a budget as well.

    Attractions

Copenhagen is one of the world's best cycling cities. To see the city with ease, rent a bike or take a small group tour to see the sights, including the Little Mermaid, the island of Amager and the community of Christiania. You can also take a canal boat tour to see the city from a unique view. The Tivoli Gardens offer a sense of love in the evenings. There are some excellent museums to explore. Be sure to add the Museum of Art and Design to your travel plan.

    Transportation

Kastrup Airport is the first destination for most visitors. It typically takes less than 15 minutes to get from the airport to the city center by train, so all the visitors prefer this way to travel between the two places. Canal boat tours are the easiest way to see the city's attractions. Cycling is the fastest and most flexible way to get around, and it's a refreshingly pedestrian-friendly city as well.

    Tips

Find local sandwich shops to eat like the locals do and give your wallet a break.

Museum lovers should have a Copenhagen Card, which provides free entrance to about 60 museums and many other attractions too.

Consider visiting Copenhagen in the autumn, when it's a little cold but accommodations become much cheaper than those in the summer.

Crossing your legs is an extremely common habit. While you may find it comfortable to sit with one knee crossed over the other, it might be causing health problems that you are not aware of.

A study published in Blood Pressure Monitoring stated that sitting with your legs crossed can increase your blood pressure. The reason is that crossing one leg over the other increases resistance, making it even harder for the blood to circulate and increase your blood pressure. Thus, you shouldn't have your legs crossed for more than 15 minutes, and it's important that you get up and walk around at least once every hour.

Crossing your legs can also lead to neck and back pain. Ideally, it's best for our bodies to sit with our feet planted flat on the floor. When you sit with your legs crossed your hips are in a twisted position, which can cause pressure on your lower and middle back and neck.

You also might notice that when you sit with your legs crossed for long periods of time your feet and legs get painful. This is because when one leg sits on top of the other, it causes pressure on the veins and nerves in your legs and feet. While the feeling of discomfort may only last a minute or two, repeatedly crossing your legs until they feel numb can cause permanent nerve damage.

So next time you sit down, try to get yourself in the habit of sitting with both of your feet on the floor. Not only will it help your posture and stability, but it will also save your health in the long run.
