How can I fight laziness?

    Lazy people will never amount to anything in life. However, laziness can be defeated once a few changes have been made in your mind.

    {#blank#}1{#/blank#}Many people lack sleep constantly, since they stay up too late and get up too early to prepare for work. These people have little motivation once they arrive home. Laziness works hand in hand with a lack of motivation and a tendency to put off things. By adjusting your sleep schedule to provide a few more hours of meaningful rest, you can fight laziness throughout the day.

    Another way to fight laziness is to change your mind from passive to active. Some people treat their lives as if they were pushed from task to task. Others take a more proactive approach, viewing each task as a challenge they must overcome alone.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    Some people fight laziness by removing the temptations that surround them. A television in the living room may provide entertainment, but watching too much TV often contributes to laziness. Create a reward system for yourself, just as parents do for a child to promote responsibility.{#blank#}3{#/blank#}

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}Spouses and children may all have different energy levels, but laziness can be spread if not dealt with immediately. To fight household laziness, lead by example. Be the first to collect and wash dishes after a meal. Others in the home may eventually follow your example and perform their own task. It is difficult to practice laziness when your are surrounded by motivated people.

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#}Enough exercise and a balanced diet can help you to develop a healthy lifestyle, thus enabling you to have more energy and help lift your spirits.

A. Knowing how to fight laziness is important.

B. One way to fight laziness is to get enough sleep.

C. Laziness can also be a lasting problem at home.

D. Complete a few tasks and reward yourself with what you enjoy, such as a good dinner or a film.

E. Finally, taking exercise regularly can help you fight laziness.

F. With strong determination, you will be able to achieve your goal.

G. Laziness sets in when you no longer feel in charge of your own life.

    If you can't lay your hands on items you need because they're buried under piles of junk, if you're constantly moving items from one pile to a new temporary pile, if you find yourself thinking, “can't throw this away. {#blank#}1{#/blank#},” you're probably a clutter(杂七杂八的东西)victim. If you're ready to de-clutter, then we have a few simple tips.

    ⒈Choose a nice day and take the room contents outside. Psychologically it's easier to sort and let go if you're one step removed. It's also less likely that the clutter will make it back inside. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. Classify them as dump(丢弃), donate and keep. Be realistic: if the item in question hasn't been used for over a year it is unlikely you will ever use it. Deal with the dump and donate piles. Do this before anything comes back into the house. It's much harder to mess up your good work if the stuff is physically gone.

    ⒉{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. Make sure there is one temporary box to house items which really belong in another room.

    As each room is sorted, those items can be replaced, and other misplaced items can be housed there while the de-cluttering process continues.

    ⒊Replace everything that remains. Keep small items in clear plastic boxes and store them in cupboards.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. It will make you think twice about acquiring something if you know something else must go.

    ⒋Once a week, take two bags and go through your home. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. When you've finished, throw the rubbish away and replace the misplaced items.

    Follow these small steps and you too can de-clutter your life.

A.     Sometimes, it's good to let go

B.     Sort everything into three piles

C.     It might come in useful one day

D.    Stick with that particular room until it's finished

E.     Place the remaining items in clearly labeled boxes

G.    When you're done, stick to a “one thing in, one thing out” rule

    Babies have the charm to melt anybody's heart instantly; no one escapes the twinkling eyes or the innocent smile. Just their presence will cheer you up, make you forget your worries and tempt you to indulge into their world.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}Though I don't have any answer to the question, I wonder as to what makes their aura so desirable. And I think there is something we can learn from the young ones.

    Forgive and Forget

    Babies can laugh and giggle all day because they don't keep hatred against anyone.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    Do you think they've constructed an evil plan against you because you refused them candy last time? Probably not, life moved on and so did they. So why do we hold on to our past and refuse to let go of the emotional baggage? Does it do us any good except prevent us from laughing to the fullest?

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#}

    Endless questions of young kids can sometimes be enough to drain the adult mind. They are always busy wondering how things work or why things are the way they are, leaving no room for boredom. Their curiosity gives them an exponential learning curve; they pick up new things quickly and do not refuse to change.

    Unconditional Love

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}They don't judge you before they come running into your knees and they don't walk away if you don't give them the same in return. They have no expectations from you and simply do what their heart desires. If you want a hug, they'll give you a hug; if you want two, they'll give you two. So how does the adult world become so materialistic that we decide what we give based on what we think we might receive?

    Living life to the fullest is not a difficult task; you just need to have the right attitude and an open mind.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}

A. Keep smile every day

B. Never-ending Curiosity

C. What can we do to free from these worries?

D. Why do we adore the young ones so much?

E. So don't envy the peaceful life of a baby, start living it yourself!

F. Kids have a hug and a kiss for anyone and everyone who wants one.

G. Their heart is pure and their mind empty to laugh out loud and enjoy the moment.
