Strange School Rules

No red ink(墨水)

The headmaster of the school (believe) that teachers always only see the same students raising their hands. This doesn't encourage the learning of the students who are (silent). Now, thanks to the rule, a teacher can choose any student (answer) the question. The students are becoming more active.
