The Internet is changing the world. It is becoming an important part of our lives.

    People often shop online for lots of things {#blank#}1{#/blank#}books, clothes and so on. Playing games on the Internet is also popular with both young people and the older. For{#blank#}3{#/blank#}, people will use the Internet more for studying, buying food, checking their bodies and all {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(kind) of other things. They can also enjoy{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(share) their ideas and feelings with their friends.

    However, some people don't think they will do everything online. Miss White, a reporter, believes most people will{#blank#}6{#/blank#}/stil / buy food at the market so they can smell and taste it. And people would like to go to the doctors when they are{#blank#}7{#/blank#}. Also, she doesn't think everybody will{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(have) a computer or use the Internet.     The Internet can change our lives for the{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(good), but it's not necessary to do everything online.

    One day in Africa, a mouse was hurrying home. He was going so {#blank#}1{#/blank#} that he ran right into a sleeping lion. The lion woke up and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (catch) the mouse. "If you let me go, I'll do something for you in return(回报)," the mouse cried. "How could a small animal like you help {#blank#}3{#/blank#} a big and strong animal as me?" But the lion still let him go. "Thank you! I won't forget you," said the mouse.

    A few days later, some people were looking for wild animals. They {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (hang) a big net from three trees and tied a piece of meat to it.

    One evening, the lion made no kill and decided to return home. Just then, he smelled something delicious. When the lion found the {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , he pulled it down and the net fell down over him. The lion tried to get away but it was no use. After a while, he stopped trying. Before long, the lion {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (hear) a voice. It was from the mouse he had set free a few days ago. "I've come to help you," said the mouse. "How can you help me? I'm caught in the net and {#blank#}7{#/blank#} can help me now," the lion said sadly. But the mouse got to work, biting the net with his sharp {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(tooth). At last, he made a {#blank#}9{#/blank#} in the net big enough for the lion to escape.

    So the little mouse did what he had {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (promise) to do--help the lion. One of the nature's strongest animals had been saved by one of the smallest and weakest.

    "Dreams may be more important than sleep. We all need {#blank#}1{#/blank#} （dream）," some scientists say. Dream take up about one quarter of our {#blank#}2{#/blank#} （sleep）time. People have several dreams each night. Dreams are like short movies. They are usually {#blank#}3{#/blank#} colour. Some dreams arc like old movies. They come to us over and over again. That may be because the dreamer is {#blank#}4{#/blank#} （worry）about something. Dreaming may try to find {#blank#}5{#/blank#} answer.

    Some people get new ideas about their work from dreams. They may think {#blank#}6{#/blank#} their work all day. These ideas can carry over into dreams.

    Sometimes we wake up with a good {#blank#}7{#/blank#} （feel）from a dream. But often we can't {#blank#}8{#/blank#} （remember）the dream. The dreams can go away {#blank#}9{#/blank#} （quick）from memory.

    Too much dreaming can be harmful. The more we sleep, the {#blank#}10{#/blank#} （long）we dream. The mind is hard at working when we dream. That's why we may have a long sleep and still wake up tired.
