    In my mind, I could never fancy how ten second of life could change a person's view for his whole existence. A few years ago I experience the worst moment in my life. I was driving home that afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't make it home as usually because I had a car accident. While I was driving, all of a sudden, but the car in front of me stopped. My car immediately ran into it. Luckily, I wasn't serious hurt. That accident changed way I drive and they taught me a valuable lesson. I also came to the conclusion which life needs to be treasuring.

    We are aiming to build a peaceful school. I thought it is every student's duty to work hard to achieve this goal. As high school student, what should we do? First for all, we should love our school. Meanwhile, you should respect our teachers and obeying the rules in our school.     The other day, some of my classmates and I took a bicycle trip along the “Renmin Road”, where was specially built for people to relax ourselves. The scenery along the road was fascinating, with trees, flowers, hills and lakes on both side. We stopped by a lake for a rest, where a good many of people were playing happily. But something unpleasant catch our attention, There was rubbish here or there, and there were many plastic bags and bottles floated on the surface of the lake. Such beautiful place was so serious polluted. What a shame! In the end, we couldn't help collecting the rubbish after we left.

    It was March 8th, Women's Day. I decided to do something for my mom and give her a surprise.

    Immediately after school, I went to the supermarket, when I bought plenty of vegetables, fish and meat. As soon as I arrived home, I started to prepare the dinner for Mom. It was the first time that I had cooked something on my own. Not knowing the exactly process to cook. I read some recipes first. Keep what I had learned in mind, I got down with cooking. Almost an hour later, three simple but delicious dishes were ready on the table.

    Since Mom couldn't get home until thirty minutes later, I started to do some cleaning. It was not difficult for me. Mopping thoroughly , the floor was quite clean.

    No sooner had everything been ready Mom came back. I couldn't wait to show what I had been done for her. A big smile with both surprise and satisfy spread on Mom's face when she found the hearty（丰盛的）dinner and the tidy room. At that moment, pride rose from a bottom of my heart. Although she fell a little tired, everything was worthwhile.

    When I was a very young children, my father created a regular practice I remember well years late. Every time he arrived home at end of the day, we'd greet her at the door. He would ask who we was and pretend not to knowing us. Then he and my mother would have had a drink while she prepared dinner and they would talk about his day and hers. While they chat, my father would lift my sister and me up to sit in the top of the fridge. It was both excited and frightening to be up there！ My sister and I thought he was so cool for putting us there.
