My summer holiday is coming to the end．During the holiday，we went to Dalian for a visit，I saw the beautiful sea there，it was really amazing．The sea water was as blue as the sky，and it was very clean．Also，the beach in Dalian was very nice，we built a small sand palace．When I was swimming in the sea，as if I was a little fish．I like that feeling very much．I also spent time to study for school．I read many books，practiced math problems，and I finished all of my homework．I was very happy．

    I have a happy family. There are many people in my family. The man and the woman are my grandfather and grandmother. They're old. My father and my mother have two children：Lucy and me. My parents love us. I have an uncle. His name is Tony. He is my father's brother. Aunt Snowy is my mother's sister. Aunt Snowy and Uncle Bob have one child: Ben. He is my cousin. I love them very much. 

    “Early to bed, early to rise（起身）makes people healthy, wealthy and wise（健康，富有，聪明）.” This is an old English saying. Children should have ten hours' sleep every night, or they can't do their work very well. They will not be wise. The body needs exercise. Walking, running, swimming and playing ball games are all exercise. Exercise keeps the body strong.

    Hello! My name is Rose. This is my home. We have three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Look, this is my bedroom. It's small, but it's very nice. The wall is blue, and the bed is pink. My toys are under the bed. A desk is near the bed. My new schoolbag is on the desk. What's in it? Look! A maths book, four notebooks, three storybooks and some candies. It's heavy!

    Wu Dong has a good friend. His name is Tom. He is from English.

    They are in the same class. They live near the school. Every day they go to school together. Tom likes China and Chinese food. He likes noodles and dumplings very much. From Monday to Friday, they do homework together in the afternoon. On Saturday and Sunday, Tom helps Wu Dong study English and Wu Dong helps Tom speak Chinese. They learn from each other.

    My name is Julia. I am a student. I get up at 6:30 every day in the morning. And then I do morning exercises at 7:30. After breakfast at 8:30, I go to school. I start class at 9 o'clock and finish at 5:00 p.m. I like swimming very much. So I go swimming with my friends after school. I often have dinner at 7:35 pm. and then I wash my clothes. I go to bed at 9:00. This is my day.
