    I'm a huge book-lover but like sharing my love for books! So I've been bought books constantly. Finishing reading one book, I placed it in or around my school so that some of my schoolmate can enjoy themselves when reading it. I especial like placing it on a stone table in the little garden in that students might have time to take a rest. I was delighted an other day when I saw a card left on the table to say thanks. And from the card, I knew my book turned out of to be a birthday gift for a strange girl. It was so lovely find out that my book could bring anyone pleasure!

    To show our love for poor kids lived in earthquake-hit areas, our school hold a special activity the other day in our school lecture hall. Its purpose was to making sure those poor kids have a warm winter. All the teachers and students in our school took an actively part in this activity. We gave away 400 pieces of clothes and 200 pairs of shoe altogether. After be sorted, they will be sent to those in the need. I believe what they did will make a great difference to those poor kids. Although we all learn to care for others, the world will be more comfortable to live.

    It was March 8th, Women's Day. I decided to do something for my mom and give her a surprise.

    Immediately after school, I went to the supermarket, when I bought plenty of vegetables, fish and meat. As soon as I arrived home, I started to prepare the dinner for Mom. It was the first time that I had cooked something on my own. Not knowing the exactly process to cook. I read some recipes first. Keep what I had learned in mind, I got down with cooking. Almost an hour later, three simple but delicious dishes were ready on the table.

    Since Mom couldn't get home until thirty minutes later, I started to do some cleaning. It was not difficult for me. Mopping thoroughly , the floor was quite clean.

    No sooner had everything been ready Mom came back. I couldn't wait to show what I had been done for her. A big smile with both surprise and satisfy spread on Mom's face when she found the hearty（丰盛的）dinner and the tidy room. At that moment, pride rose from a bottom of my heart. Although she fell a little tired, everything was worthwhile.

    I am always telling to work hard to have a good life in the future. Therefore, I do my best to play basketball or study. I want to be basketball player when I will grow up. To realize my dream, I practice playing basketball regular, aiming to make my best shots. Although I'm interesting in watching TV, I manage to finish my homework first. I try my best in all the test, especially in the math test because I find math more difficulty than any other subject. Anyway I will spare no efforts and never give in on my studies and I believe if I am sure to succeed.
