Austria Sydney(悉尼)

    Sydney is in the east of Australia．It is a beautiful and clean city．It is very far from here．It takes about seven hours to get there by plane．In Sydney there are many different kinds of museums．There are a lot of parks there, too．There are also many wonderful beaches. People can swim in the sea．We also can see kangaroos, koalas and other lovely animals at the zoo．The seafood tastes yummy!

    Ben is going to visit his grandparents in New York next week. He wants to give some presents to them. Yesterday he went shopping with his parents. In the shop, he bought a blue sweater and black trousers for his grandfather and some good books for his grandmother. Both his parents thought they were very good presents. Ben was very happy.

    Look, this is my school. It's very big. This is my classroom. It's new and beautiful. That is the teacher's office（办公室）. It's old. But it's tall.

    Jack is from San Francisco. He lives in China with his parents now. He likes China and Chinese food. From Monday to Friday he goes to school. He has no time to go home for lunch, so he has it at school. The lunch at school is very good. On the weekend, he can eat rice, noodles and meat at home with his parents. But sometimes they go out to have dinner with their friends. They eat fish, meat, vegetables, fruit and many other delicious things. Dumplings are Jack's favourite food. He thinks they are very nice.

    Because of human destruction (破坏) and other factors (因素), the endangered animals on the Earth is getting fewer and fewer.

    The tiger, the world's largest cat, is close to extinction (灭绝). There are only about 6,600 of them in the world. More than 150 bird species (种类) have died out since 1500.

    World Animal Day is coming near. What should we do to protect animals? First, we should raise people's awareness (意识) to protect animals and our environment. We should call on (号召) people to protect animals. Second, we must take some measures (措施) to protect animals effectively (有效地). Third, I think that we should do more to protect animals. Because we are a family, everyone should get together to protect animals.
